LOL I changed my track out on my 2017 600 Switchback SP for a 2" challenger a month or two ago and I had to lay it out in the living room for two days before i had to move it. Mom wasn't happy with the strong smell of rubber in the house😅, sure helped out with the install though. Thanks Lou!
Changed my Snowmobile track for the first time last November. Added a 136 Camso Ripsaw II track on my 98 Grand Touring 583... Damn what a job that was ! The only thing that gave me trouble was when it came time to bolt on the front suspension bolts... Everything else was a piece of cake !
I heard it was better to empty the chain case oil once a year, is it really necesarry? I've run 4 years with the same oil without noticing anything out of the ordinary, and oil color looks good. Maybe is it just good to open it up once in a while to make each sprocket and the chain are in good shape? I want some advice, thanks! And nice video!
Thanks for confirming. I battled my suspension for about 20 minutes trying to get it in a new track. I had to quit to go to hockey. I wondered if collapsing the suspension with ratchet straps would help...thanks again!!

Love the channel! I'm from Duluth MN, I've learned a ton about wrenching on sleds from your videos.
Glad you like them!

Ur iqr looks great keep up the good work man!
I use bit of cardboard or plastic between drivers and track, it helps alot installing driveshaft, if you have tight fitting with your track.
Sweet sled!
I have the four drive cogs. had to take the whole chain case out.
How were you able to use the timing box on that 800?
Would i be able to throw a Camoplast 9140C backcountry. (15x121x1.75 lug) on my 08' IQRr without modification? or do i have to modify ?

How did you get the drive shaft off so easy? Haha
I just took the 3” off my pro to replace it, getting the driveshaft was such a pain
