This is the kind of content that should be on tv rather than some idiotically , illogical daily soap dramas .
Ikr
Business bro.
True
But the sad part is these shows never enter the trp charts, which is the case with most good tv shows with unique stories and a result they to go off air..........
Audience bro...
There is one thing I can definitely say, " TVF Never Disappoint"
#shrutideojha
Absolute truth
Panchayat and Hostel Daze are masterpieces and even started the careers of adarsh gourav and jithendra kumar! So you're right!!!!
TVF is a gem.
So *was* AIB..
@@RSG_TheMonster Jitendra Kumar's career started even way before....
He has the potential
He still needs a Powerful movie to show his skills just like the white tiger
He also needs something like that
Panchayat was good but rarely people have watched
Then tht movie with Ayushmann (subh mangal jyada savdhan)
He did not get that limelight comparatively wht Ayushmann got
I watched this show no body shaming, no religious jokes still we laughed, quality of comic timing by wonderful actors, this show made us cry smile and lessons learnt
Absolutely
This show is a GEM
you do you. I bet you are not funny though so your 'sense of humor' as a standard is no measure of anything.
@@akshayde what are you trying to say
Same. No pointless soft porn, political agendas veiled and promoted under name of "content", over dramatism . Let the people chill. Don't preach to them.
Shaming to thi.. Chakka wala dialogue
Dunno if I am the only one who feels this but this show has that innocent DD days charm of Malgudi Days and stuff.
TVF ex CEO said that they are inspired by Malgudi days and others, in 2019: Gullak, KOta Factory, 2020: Panchayat, 2021: Gullak 2
Same bro same
Hamari gar pe tak DD national hee hai ,no cable.
@@tastyaroma1416 cable is toxic, glad that insanity prevails at your home
Not just only charm, but story-telling, calmness, subtle detail about surroundings and of course simplicity.
"Yeh meri family" by tvf is also a true gem.
there are lot from TVF: Kota Factory, PR, Panchayat
But it's not so relatable to millennials
Yeah , I enjoyed it
Yah, a definite watch for 90’s kid
Its good but definitely not a gem especially their 90s theme to which very few people would relate as they showed a very rich family with car, wireless landline, ordering food and stealing 20 rupees from parents(which was like 200 rupees in that time). Very few people lived their 90s childhood like this so it didnt came out perfect.
My dad's in the army ( govt. Job) my brother preparing for 10th boards, I failed in SSC ( not my passion) 5 times, my mum is still trying to get herself heard.
Gullak seems my story lmao
Haha ... Sunn liya karo bhai ... 😅😂
When it comes to raw emotions of the Indian middle class, there's no match of TVF❤️
You have stated a universal truth 👍👏👏
Kota factory is a living example of this
True....yeh meri family was gold
Don't know why middle class is so neglected in studies and movies. But, this is a masterpiece putting spotlights on the life of the Indian middle class.
Now this is a show we can watch with the family without any sense of discomfort and awkwardness. Just a personal opinion, but I believe art can be highly impactful without discomfiting edginess. It's all in the writing.
So true, what keeps us limited is the discomfort with an audience.
Yeah, people think edgy content=good content. ( exception of Scam 1992)
Little Do you Know
The writer of gullak is *Nikhil Vijay* .
nawaz of web content ❤️
Tvf ka dhanush
2019 season by nikhil vijay and 2021 season by shreyash pandey and durgesh singh
This is a series not of a script. This is a series of moments. Straight from the heart. It's easy to be edgy but every difficult to be simple and make an impact .
Very well said sir
" Apko nahi pata kya huva" my fav dialogue 😂 after that i m sure gonna crack
Same bhai 😂
My brother is like that. He likes gossiping unlike me🤣🤣

I too cried at the last episode n just want to see season 3 for d son to do something in life...the title track gives me goosebumps n also a smile on my face..
Just sat and saw this whole series with my father . In the last episode , we both had a tears but didn’t say a single words. Jaate jaate papa bole , accha series tha , and I went to other room..Thanks bro for suggesting this web series .❤️
I watched the first season of this show one year ago and was requesting and telling my friends to watch it, but they ignored it. Cause they wanted to watch Mirzapur and sacred games. I remember I was waiting for gulllak's second season more than any other series! It feels so good to see this series getting so much attention!!
Gullak is a masterpiece....
TVF is the greatest web content producer in India....
Kitna sasta Eren Yeager hai Bhai? 😂
Ereh
Where can I watch season 1?
Finally you gave review of Gullak
In the time of crime thriller and soft porn, TVF is the only platform which gave such soothing and heartwarming shows like #Panchayat #KotaFactory #Gullak etc..
Pitchers such a master piece
Cubicles was also fine...
Overall tvf actually never disappoints
They come up with quality rather than quantity...
Only 80s and 90s millennials who've grown up watching Doordarshan shows will understand the nostalgic essence of series like this.
TVF is always ❤️.
TvF shows: permanent Roommates Tripling
Yeh meri family
Kota factory
Panchayat
Im mature
Bachelors
Hostel Daze
Cubicles
Mirzapur
Gullak

I am from Bangladesh. We can feel the same scenarios of Indian middle class family in TVF web series. Long ago ANu played child role in 2 -3 Bengali movies. Luckily i recognized him on the crying scene at the end. Amazing webseries. We need story which depicts our lifestyle.
When engineers come together as tvf team them no doubt this masterpieces has to come💓
completely agree, I have even written to TVF in 2012 for an internship, but they don't replied
TVF makes you cry. But AltBalaji makes you howl.
Perfect 🔥
Lmao
🤣
Im glad shows like Gullak and Bandish Bandits exist, which decided to not follow the current trend of crime and abuses in web series, and which also brought quality content to OTT.
U r late this time ... almost everyone hav watchd it already ...🤣🤣🤣
And i just loved that title track ... kabhi akkad thi .. kabhi bakkad thi ... cant skip for a single time ...🥰
Jammy you need to watch this movie called "The Last color", it's super underrated!
Exactly. I didn't want to watch it because of the reviews but when I did I didn't know how it went by. Amazing
It's beautiful!!
This one and Panchayat was the kind of stuff that gave me the 80s and 90s kinda DD vibes.
Gullak is the kind of daily soap audience should look forward to. Not those rubbish Ekta Kapoor crap. Tvf always teaches us about what the content should be represented like
It's high time ekta kapoor stopped making that bs
@@arushis7144 Ekta Kapoor makes Gandi baat and Paurashpur now 🤣😂
@Musical Doctor that was an exception
I would recommend watching Yeh Meri Family on Netflix, it is another gem from TVF
I was eagerly waiting for your take on this one. I have watched this show n cried at the end too thanks Anmol for your kind words ❤️❤️ Best show ever
When I saw the season one I was so impressed by everyone's performance's . And the story in every episode has such simplicity but still made me smile . It's really rare to see such content in India. A family which has a desire to leave a better life but still are happy with what they have and appreciate each moment of happiness in their life . I am In love with this series .
The last episode was just so emotional, i have never cried for movies/series, but this one was so deep.
Tbh I Cannot recommend enough of this series ♥️
This show is just one of a type....
Thank You so much Jammy for bringing it to limelight ❤️❤️
Where can I watch season 1?
@@bijetapaul491 Sony LIV I think
@@amartyabanerjee1602 I watched season 2 on sonyliv. Season 1 is not there.
Finally after many years, a series/movie that lingers in your mind for days..
Panchayat was great too
When i watched the first season of gullak I was truly in love with it...that had me thinking what has happened to content creators of this country why do they always have to make something controversial... I will definitely watch the 2nd season
Its a must watch
Controversial sells. See how well outrage marketing works for these politically driven shows? Even I hadn't even know about Gullak exists until now. But everyone knows these agenda driven shows that get most attention. Just insert political messaging, religion, gang culture, soft porn etc and you're done. No surprises why so many shows are made around this theme.
I had never previously watched a series with my entire family, but Gullak became the first one. And I am so so glad that we did because every moment we spent watching it,it helped to created such beautiful memories in my own family. The series was so relateable and so heart touching. It was so cute to see my father crack up at every now and then,to see my mother relating to the typical middle class mother being played by Geetanjali ma'am. To see the relationship between the two brothers that totally made me realize the beautiful relationship I share with my own sister. It's a gem that I want to preserve in my heart and not let people spoil it,but I also want people to get out of the "bollywood" shell and explore this beautiful series. It deserves to be cherished. And it always will,in my heart
I watched second season last week.... Absolute gem
Hi Jammy, I watched the season 2 couple of days after it got released and was already in awe of this series but because of your video I got to know that there was a season 1 too..well thankfully I finished watching it today and my appreciation for creators has grown. How beautifully they have captured the essence of middle class of our country and incidents from which i hope most of us can relate. And rightly mentioned by you that OTT platforms like Sony Liv are not doing much to promote them, can you believe both seasons are not even clubbed together like at other OTT platforms you've to search for it then only you can view the first season, I would be wrong to if do not appreciate Sony Liv for releasing it on their platform but that's only half job done. Thanks and always loved your reviews.
Just defied the concept of "Sequels Are Never Good As the First part"
Lol that saying ain't true

It's actually the childhood that I have lived. One of the best series ever in the history of web series
This series was the most, i mean one of the most relatable piece of content that i have ever watched... 💓
Hey Jammy , It's good that you are reviewing every new coming Content .But Can you please do some the older stuffs like "5 times when ...." or "Top 10 ....." .Like compilation videos . Those will be also interesting to see .
In the end , It doesn't even matter . It's your choice .😁👍
This is the show I suggested to everyone whether it's my friends aur any relatives but in today's generation they need crime thriller containing mass dialogues , nudity and dark scenes
But this web series is a gem
I want you to pls review some of the CZcams web series like adulting., Please find attached etc
I loved this show and even recommend you to watch this. It’s a gem same 90’s vibe, no cuss word, no violence, not a single intimate scene. Just normal day today conversation that we usually have among each other. Such a nice show. Thank you for this review.
So true buddy, I was choked when family photo part was going on. Sometimes no words are required to showcases emotions.
This was one of the few shows which I could comfortably watch with my family without any awkwardness. Each character connected differently with each of my family members. This show made me realise the importance of enjoying the small moments rather than always waiting for the big ones to come.
I just finished it. I couldn't stop crying.
It's completely my story of being an elder brother. Now I feel so relaxed... after so many years cried like this.
All the pain and tension that I live with. I couldn't share with anyone no one to talk.
Thanks TVF.
Thanks for your suggestion.

and the narration by shivankit bhai is cherry on the top!
Shivakant parihar is a gem.

Vaibhav Raj Gupta aka Annu Mishra is one of the best character from the series and my eyes were full of tears in last 15 minutes of finale. Round of applause for Gullak team. 👏👏👏👏
It's relatable and honestly makes you emotional if you have experienced these small small incidents which makes us common people who at the end of the day finds way to have a smile despite facing all toughness in their lives... thumbs up to TVF and gullak actors...
Especially the endin got me crying like iam the annu and i felt his guild his remorse everything.. this touched me down to my core
Finest start of 2021 with wonderful performances... N hats off to production team for creating gem of a series
While everyone is trying their hands on crime thriller there is tvf creating these gems. Absolutely terrific
Finally you covered this! I was waiting for atleast some critic to come up and support this beautiful show.
Panchayat and Gullak. We need more shows like this. 👍
It literally makes me glad about the fact that ive been on youtube before todays streamers, commentary guys, watching TVF providing quality. From Permanent Roommates to Pitchers to Aam Aadmi Family to Kota Factory and Gullak. Thank You MTV.
Someone recommended me the Gullak part 1 and I was eagerly waiting for second part.
And now I m waiting for season 3.
TVF has amazing series like Yeh meri family and Gullak.
Wow...I liked that you acknowledge that you were late in this review....@jammy
I saw that on the 1st day...nd was wondering why haven't reviewed it yet...
Thank you for covering this... I watched this video after your post and am stunned I did not even hear about this since its launch of season 1. This series is stunning!!! Can't wait to watch its next edition ...
Fabulously simple...and simply fabulous...total ❤️ stealer
I am really happy, that you really make a vedio on it. Where others are busy in making vedios on popular rubbish shows and films. This kind of shows really need mass attention.... from Vlogger like you👍👍
The dreams, aspirations, hopes, ambitions, heartbreaks and moments of the Indian middle class. No one can exemplify them better than TVF. Hence, they survived while AIB faded away.
AIB is still so relevant.
Spare them from the comparisons and judgements because they are a gem❤️
@@titlichakraborty6704 It's been long since they disbanded. They had become quite arrogant if truth be told. Besides, their style of comedy was far too derivative from the West. TVF always makes content that's relatable across various strata of society. AIB's reach was limited only to the sophisticated SoBo audience. There's a reason why TVF has endured. Their work has this certain relatable and nostalgic essence and is quite evocative of the socio-cultural milieu and ethos of India.
I watched the first season back in 2020 and was completely blown away how similar this story is with our family and I insisted, no begged my family to watch it, including my father who like any other middle class father has no interest whatsoever to watch anything except news but the pandemic and my consistent pressure has made him along with my family to watch the season 1 and he instantly fell in love with the show so when he heard that 2nd season was coming he was super excited which was suprising.... My mother related very much with the character of shanti and bickered along with shanti that no one except her can handle the kitchen or my dad don't make tea when she's upset.... All in all we are in love with this show and are hoping to get another season ❤️❤️❤️❤️
DD vibes of 80s and 90s all over this series. Panchayat was another one where that overwhelming nostalgia hit me. It's simple to be edgy but very difficult to be simple and make an impact.
Gonna watch this for sure as I'm in live with the trailer itself from the very first day . Jammy I would like to k ow of you've watched "Taj Mahal 1989" on NETFLIX as I'm unable to find any review abou it on your channel. Finished this last week... Wondering how did I miss the first season.. OTT platform has really helped some of the excellent performers showcase their ability.. I agree the last scene was superbly done!
You should next try watching "Sandwiched Forever", again some veterans doing a great job..

Even in 1st episode of season 1 I started crying.. I'm preparing for banking and ssc exams for for almost 2 years. I'm from a middle class family father employed in a bank, has one sister.. We're currently building a house but with very much difficulty even the work has been stopped halfway through for shortage of money. This show hit so hard that I'm even scared to even show it to my mom. From the humiliation of not being able to clear an entrance exam, daily argument over food with, annoying neighbours discussing family budget with with family etc .. God I can't explain how relatable this show is.. I hope I will be able to do something for my family
