In times when delivering extremely dark, edgy, explicit content is considered the new cool, series like Gullak give us a heady sense of nostalgia and homeliness. One of the shows that can be viewed with family sans an iota of awkwardeness and with dollops of relatibility.

But my family forced me to watch this series with them . Me, papa , bhaiyaa and Ma watched it together. We laughed and had a lot of fun. What we don't understand that there are millions who live and behave the same way. Only TVF knows how to bring these stories in the most coherent way !

Yes, It's a great show made with soul and heart, Jammy!
Small , sweet , tracing multiple aspects of middle class and even if you not trace that, life very subtlely.
It's a very clear example that stories don't need to be intense, or materialistic , to touch the heart of the people. This should be the type of show that the vast Indian audience should see on TV. Actually there are such shows in Indian television that have been made with as love and depth in the concept but they are never recognised because , we have the stereotype that stresses that ITV shows are always about kitchen politics , dragged and go out of context. And also since they are not a "movie" , "web series" or "international tv series" , they aren't a review material. We would talk about the high trp craps, which gives them more recognition, and the worthwhile concepts are neither appreciated by the tv audience , not by the ott audience.
All things aside, Gullak is a wholesome series , that traces various incidents gracefully with an open end, again redefining it's ideology of "Kahaniyaan nahi Kissey" especially the "Agua" episode. Otherwise this time, all the other episode seem to be connected.
It feels a little matured , changed, and specific with its issues this time. Which is refreshing, but at the same time, makes you think.
    Absolute must watch!
Btw the TV series I had been talking about are many , but presently watching "Dhadkan Zindaggi Kii" (75 epi medical drama, by the same production house as Shark Tank India) , Jagannath Aur Purvi Ki Dosti Anokhi, And Sab Satrangi. All of Sony, very crisp , intelligent storylines! All of them are extremely extremely underrated, with a TVR of 0.2, while Anupamaa stands at 4.3.
You see, where the audience going.

    #GullakS3....
TVF, thanks once again for bringing stories which touches heart and are felt deep within thoughts....
So it's again the middle class Mishra family, who earn little less but loves each other so much, the elder son has got a job of MR and younger one is confused to take science or art...
Santosh Mishra ji still holding the house with his honesty and wit, similarly Shanti ji is still doing the kitchen and calling the shots at home...
This time there is less of humour than last season but emotions and feelings are still in great quantity and quality...
My personal favorite is third episode about the girl Furtili, and it gets very emotional the way, very nicely presented the hard ship and situations in finding a right match
And in last episode, it gets even more touchy and heartfelt when Mishra family faces real life threatening situation and how they tide over..
Feeling are so beautiful displayed and presented here and so many lessons in this whole series for everyone.....
Must watch and should be recommended
TVF should be supported for making most beautiful stories...
    Watch it with your family
(Again it's not funny this time as had been in previous seasons, but definitely haven't lost the connect)

What this show teaches is how important it is to build human relations. You might earn shit loads of money but what eventually works out is your relations with people. Yesterday me and my father were discussing about this and he said this to me..
"I envy those who have a lot of friends and people whom they know well because they are the richest people in reality".
It is important for us to build relationships with each other just for the sake of humanity.

Shows like this are rare. The best thing about Tvf is its ability to connect with its audience. The last episode of season 2 made me cry. Absolutely amazing acting. Writing is top notch
