Facts, because my whole eventual wife used to assault me on the regular( and I'm athletic type man)until I finally fought back and it seemed like fighting her men is what she was used to and it still hurts that she felt that way, because it's nomore hitting, but other b.s from previous trauma that has her mind messed up until this day(We are separated now,for several reasons),but I am tired of making excuses for her.

I want to know why JM was pressing the plaintiff about "assaulting" the defendant the whole case, but thought that the defendant doing ALL those things to him was hilarious. With that being said, I was happy with the outcome
my cousin got killed by his gf bc he tried to leave. As men were taught to keep our hands to ourselves but I believe in holding a woman down until the cops come. It wasn't funny when we went to his funeral.

She was very aggressive & provocative, and a man cheating is not an excuse to put your hands on them-a man shouldn't be forced to compromise his freedom and values because a woman believes she has carte blanche & justification to verbally/physically assault him. Communites & court systems need to be less biased based on gender. Manipulating/using gender as a privilege can get both parties hurt or have their records ruined. Most detrimental is the price your cousin paid with his life. When it's obsessive and volatile between one or more parties in the relationship, it's best to count up the losses and salvage your sanity, freedom, and life. Rest in peace to your cousin and all your family. May his sacrifice make an imprint positively with the family and friends. Our communities must not repeat the mistakes and pure evil of the past. The judges question to him about the assault on him kind of annoyed me. The man just told you she cut him, he got 9 stitches, didn't press charges on her because he loved her...and all Mathis could keep asking is did he retaliate. But if it was a woman that was assaulted and said this story it would be completely different reaction

Highly disappointed with the judge making fun of a woman stabbing a man and the only judge Matthias had to say was did you retaliate. If he did he had every right to defend himself. There was an opportunity for the judge to make a serious point instead he chose comedy a made it seem ok for women to abuse men.
