- The plaintiff dated the defendant, but they have since broken up. The plaintiff says he and the defendant were driving in his new car, but she grabbed his steering wheel and caused them to drive across four lanes of traffic and hit a fire hydrant. His car was totaled, and he’s suing for breach of contract. The defendant argues the plaintiff was high on marijuana when he was driving, and she isn’t at fault. She’s countersuing for emotional distress.

I knew of someone who died in a car accident along with his girlfriends 6 year old daughter. Someone told me he probably got in an argument with her and caused the crash by driving into something. My cousins daughter father also grabbed the steering wheel while she was driving. I don’t think that caused the breakup though- Although you would think it would

Just because it’s legal in some states to smoke weed doesn’t mean you can’t get charged with a DUI for smoking and driving. if she was concerned she shouldn’t have gotten in the car with him driving. I wouldn’t have. Plus I think she lied because if she’d told the police he was high they probably would have given him a sobriety test.

Yeah the long elaborate story is almost always an indicator of guilt. She took the long scenic route to make her lie sound more believable but it just further proved her guilt
I’m so glad the plaintiff won…my best advice for him would be to run far away from the defendant. He appears to be a good brother who deserves so much better than the defendant. I believe she’s the type of woman who feels their entitled because she looks fairly attractive. She’s definitely a piece of work and she has a lot of growing up too do. She probably was jealous that the plaintiff had purchased himself a car. I’m glad he came prepared with those witness statements. I know his mom is glad she’s gone with the wind from her handsome son.

And you’re like, I apologize, I was- and he’s like no, you’re lying. And you’re getting frustrated because you can’t finish The damn sentence. And then your side is never heard. I am need these young adults born in the 2000s to recognize these reality shows are fake. The level of recklessness and rachet behaviors is unbelievable and will get people hurt. Her behind should have been charged with at aggravated assault because she could have easily killed them and other people driving on the road.
