- The plaintiff and defendant used to be in a relationship, and they have a child together. The plaintiff says the defendant assaulted her in front of cops and even sold drugs out of their home. She says the defendant took her car and totaled it when he was drunk, so she’s suing for the value of her car. The defendant argues they came up with an agreement for a payment plan.

He needs culturally and community based counseling to help him heal his trauma and become a mature, responsible, and caring human being.

Ummm so we are just going to avoid the fact she is abusive as well towards him ? Or does that not matter because she’s a woman ? This is what I’m afraid of raising a son . Men already feel invalidated enough ; they totally disregarded his experiences with her because she had already painted a certain picture of him. They laughed at his abuse , but hers gained all the sympathy. I see everyone blaming the man , but us women need to take accountability for the men we attract as well. She KNEW bad boys weren’t good for her , yet it’s what she liked ; so it’s what she attracted. She said she liked bad BOYS PLURAL meaning there were men prior to him that she’d consider a bad boy. It’s a pattern. Take accountability for your 🐱and stop projecting and deflecting. He may be a problem , but you’re your own problem as well.
