He says he rented an apartment to the defendants, and he’s suing them for stolen property and damages. The defendants say the plaintiff made inappropriate sexual comments, and they’re countersuing for emotional distress.

Even if they werent lyin, the onoy reason they brought it uo was to discredit him n paint him out to be a sleeze. He probably said it, n they probably brushed it off as a dirty old man joke.

She went there because she knew he would help her out and they would still be there if he hadn’t evicted them. His statement at the end was basically “you can’t BS a BSer”. They were trying to get over on him and he saw thru it. Best believe if we were in a situation like that and he said something inappropriate my husband would have moved us up out of there ASAP. He wouldn’t have had to evict us.
I question a a man’s character when he allows another man to make graphic comments about his wife and NOT put that man in check; and in this case, STILL move into the property!! Find a new line of work people….Lying is not your skill set!!
