She claims he’s destroyed a lot of her property, and she’s suing him for damaging a hotel room where she was going to have a birthday party. The defendant admits he has a temper but says the plaintiff provoked him.

Mild depression does not require hospitalization. Also, the hospitalization should have been for 72 hours, not a week. Something else is happening with the defendant.

16th lol. Mental and emotional illness is a significant public health issue and many go untreated. Just like this case shows, it affects families with children. Causing generational trauma, etc. A major reason why I went into the mental health field.

As adults we're responsible for our mental health too. He's not working & has children he's at home with, so he should apply for Medicaid that does cover a psychological evaluation to receive treatment for any diagnosis. If she's already in a program to help low-income households, then she could add him to the case to receive benefits too as part of the caseload, but I can see why she didn't, broke up with him, & put him out instead since he's destroying property. Depression doesn't usually manifest like that.

Healthcare is one of the biggest issues in this country and no not everyone has access to it just because of the insurance grab called Obamacare. The only difference is is they can't deny you for pre-existing conditions. But Healthcare the most important issue in this country specifically right now...
