Same every other workout challenge, i would either give up less than halfway or just not do it I almost quit yesterday, so glad I didn't!

Actually, I'm doing lily sabri's training, your training is a little too easy for me, but these videos are comfortable and calm. I will continue to do this challenge. ❤
Some people don’t think before they type. This wasn’t necessary. Actually I don’t find a burn with Lily but do here.

My neck hurts doing some of these on your back exercises, I’m trying to keep it neutral but maybe it’s not😢 any tips?
It helps to actually tuck your chin to the chest - like you almost want to be touching your chest with your chin - that always eliminates neck pain for me.

Felt it was too easy. No burning of the abs, but my legs were definitely burning at some point. I don't know if I should continue with pilates Or not.

On days where Pilates is shorter do more cardio or hiit or strength work. After 20 minutes or Abs of day 3 I think this was intentional not to overwork body.
