Yeah I love that you can feel your muscles the day after but when your doing the workout it doesn't feel too intense :) I just found her videos yesterday. Have you kept following her workout challenges? :)
@@MariAnna-nv3gk I completed the challenge but I haven't done it again! I use her other workout videos about 4 times a week tho! :) I encourage you to keep doing her workouts she's my favorite pilates content creator

I've just started to workout with you like 3 weeks ago (I've been working out regularly since last December) and I love to do it! I keep repeating your videos to make it one hour workout every day :) and I have to tell you none of them was as hard as todays haha Hope you will make another 40 min video soon cause I need it desperately

Doing this one for 2 weeks now everyday and I SEE RESULTS 🎉🎉also I Do her 30 minutes hour glass workouts after this one so I Really recomend that together for amazing changes and pls clean eating is a Must😅 sorry but its how it is 😊 lots of love to Lidia thank you very much for your amazing work!

I have problems with lipodem and it would be nice if you do some exercise specially for this decease... I love to do pilates but my lipodem hurts sometimes a lot and I need allways a big pillow underneath. But I can't also do the standing exercises, because my knee was hurt before. I like to move myself, but wenn we get old and have handicaps it's hart to find any exercise that fit... Yours is the best at this moment! So thank you so much!

@@Hershey177 absolutely! in this seven-day-pilates challenge, i think there are two to three videos that target your abs and stomach. only after one week of the challenge, my abs started comming in and my stomach got flatter. i’m pretty sure i’d have the same results with this thigh workout if i did it more than once a week!

не видела тут русских, так что если кто-то читает комментарии и найдет мой комм на русском, то мб ему будет легче.
в общем, начинаю делать эту программу. надеюсь, что не заброшу. буквально вчера закончила челлендж от Лиды, но за результатами не следили, мб они были, а мб и нет хз
завтра утром сделаю замеры, так как сейчас 22:52 и нет смысла их делать. питать я не знаю как буду, мб также как и всегда, а мб создам небольшой дефицит калорий

1 день: сделала, тренировка понравилась, я вся потная. сегодня я поела где-то на 800 калорий. завтра утром сделаю замеры и напишу все сюда, а также сделаю фото до и после, чтобы если результат будет, то можно было бы его сравнить
2 день: сделала, сегодня были упражнения на ноги, жесть просто. надеюсь, что завтра они не будут болеть. я не смогла сегодня утром сделать замеры, так как опаздывала в школу, но зато сделала фото до. сегодня я поела на чуть большее кол-во калорий. нужно завтра обязательно сделать замеры, проснусь пораньше и сделаю
