    Official Anabolic Aliens video of: Resistance Band Chest Workout At Home to Get Ripped!
    Grab your resistance bands and get ready for an intense chest workout! This routine is performed in a round format meaning you're working exercise to exercise and once you finish all 6 exercises, then you're down with 1 full round. For each exercise, perform 15 repetitions. If it's a unilateral exercise, then you do 15 reps per side. Rest between each exercise for 30 seconds. You can use this workout as a 1-round finisher at the end of your chest day or you can do multiple sets to maximize volume for a full chest workout. If you're doing multiple sets, try 3-4 rounds and rest 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level. There is also a rep counter and rest timer included in the video so you can follow right along. This resistance band chest workout will help you build muscle right at home. Get after it Aliens!

    This set comes with 5 bands of varying resistance, a storage bag, czcams.com/users/postUgkxS7ex6L4sMqpaTn4LnBPyBmRQsSingL8y a small pamphlet with some sample exercises, and an access code for an online workout video. I haven't viewed the online video, so I cannot speak to the quality of that piece of the set. However, everything else is perfect for what I was looking for. The bands are durable, and the resistance strength varies enough between bands that they're each useful for different exercises and provide a great challenge as you gradually increase the resistance level for certain exercises. The only band I don't use very often is the lowest resistance band, but even that is nice for exercises that target weaker/seldom used muscle groups.

    15 reps each, 30 second interval between exercises, based on your experience include the number of rounds.
    Lower Chest
    1. High downward chest press
    2. High 1-Arm Downward Chest Fly (15 each side, hold both handles in one arm)
    Mid Chest
    3. Middle chest press
    4. Middle Valley Press
    Upper Chest
    Transition the band to a lower angle and continue.
    5. Low upward chest press
    6. Low 1-arm upward fly (15 each side hold both handles in one arm)
    Mindfully Engage!

    Really enjoy the variations of chest flys. Keeps constant tension on the pecs, which is often hard to achieve with dumbbells. I usually don’t use any attachments with my resistance bands, feels like I might rip the door off it’s hinges
