Official Anabolic Aliens video of: Intense 5 Minute EZ Bar Back Workout
Give this intense 5 minute EZ bar back workout a try! All you need is 1 EZ bar. If you have multiple weighted bars or if you have the type of bar where you can add on weight plates, then even better! All experience levels can do this routine since it's about you pushing yourself to get to your next level. Progressional methods are doing more weight, doing more reps and limiting excess rest so there is always a way to get better. There are 5 exercises and you're getting as many reps as possible for 1 minute long each with no rest in between exercises. You can use this back circuit as a 1 round finisher at the end of your back day or you can do 3-4 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds for a full volume back workout with an EZ bar. Whatever works best for you to get them gains out of this world. A timer is run throughout on the screen for you to stay on track and follow right along. Let's fight that burn and chase that pump together with this intense 5 minute EZ bar back workout!

    Generally good tips, but drinking 1 gallon per day is too much for some people. If you're really skinny and short, it could be too much. Wiping out your electrolytes is a real thing, I've seen it happen and rushed someone to hospital... they would have died otherwise. So use common sense for your own particular needs. And if you are tiny and drink lots of water, dont forgot salt to keep your electrolyte balance from depleting.

    Lol not to be rude but that looks ridiculous mate. Plus there's too much swinging, not enough control. Here's a tip for you, not that you need to get any bigger lol. What you're doing is swinging the weight, this only makes it easier, i mean, you're even dropping it further than the lowest it can go! Plus research has proven lowering the weight is even more important than lifting it. So lower the weight in a controlled manner. This will eliminate swinging, plus you'll get the most out of the movement. Oh, plus avoid bending your torso, keep it stable.
