    Nice! I'll give each exercise a try. I've done a few of them already. I'm always using cables at the gym and if I have to work out at home, then I'm using bands. If you could make this a series you do on each muscle group, that would be awesome!

    I haven't done a cable workout for chest in 6 months. Its always in use😅

      That sucks. I’ve been to gyms with just 1 cable system and others with a bunch of them. A trick I picked up is if your gym has that entire cable machine system with multiple stations, then you can use the corner spots as a dual system itself! Either way though when you get the chance, I hope these exercises are fun and effective for you to try 💪🏻👽

    I have never seen anybody do number 10 before. I tried it today, and people were looking at me like, "What is that guy doing?" 😂 Hits nice but also hits the core? Or was I doing it wrong?

    Will it be enough to do as you've shown in each video as a workout for the day?
    Is it meant like do all bicep cable machine workout you shown in that video & thats your biceps done for the day.
    Follow all the steps in the chest video & thats your chest day done?
    & can concider that as the whole workout for the day?
    Or are you just showing what can be done on the machine?
