Official Anabolic Aliens video of: Resistance Band Shoulder Workout At Home to Get Ripped!
Grab your resistance bands and get ready for an intense shoulder workout! This routine is performed in a round format meaning you're working exercise to exercise and once you finish all 6 exercises, then you're down with 1 full round. For each exercise, perform 15 repetitions. If it's a unilateral exercise, then you do 15 reps per side. Rest between each exercise for 30 seconds. You can use this workout as a 1-round finisher at the end of your shoulder day or you can do multiple sets to maximize volume for a full shoulders workout. If you're doing multiple sets, try 3-4 rounds and rest 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level. There is also a rep counter and rest timer included in the video so you can follow right along. This resistance band shoulder workout will help you build muscle right at home. Get after it Aliens!

When I do the unilateral ones I just take one handle off and clip onto one. Much easier 🙂 love these workouts. So glad I found you

@@randyflowz no I mean holding one handle is easier than holding two. Take one off and clip both ends to one handle. Same exercise, same resistance, just more comfortable to hold

Hey Andrew! My leg resistance band videos highly engage the glutes, but they’re not isolation like you’re asking. I can try to put something together with the handles but realistically I think the Glutes are a muscle group where the mini band loop would be much more effective. Mike, you're a genius, I love your way of training! So inspiring! what it confuses me is how come you did and you still do so much H.I.I.T training and yet you are not low-fat percentage? your looks it's like a combination of both which is pretty interesting to say the least ! Peace!
I competed in powerlifting for over 4 years! Strength training was always my main focus and kept on bulk to help aid that power whereas Hiit was my method to stay relatively lean in the process! Within the past few months my goals have changed a Lot though and I’ll be working toward losing more body fat as my priority 🤙🏻

I just found out how weak my shoulders were 🤣. I got one solid round and a half ass second. I'll have all 4 with solid form in 4 weeks because this workout has em on 🔥.
Is there any benefit to going straight into each exercise without a break for the full circuit?
who can donate me with these Resistance Bands ? im still in school and my parrents are cheap af. i went from 65kg to 75 in 1 and half year using curls only but its starting to get old and i rly think ill do much better on these bands using it for chest shoulders and backs much efficiently than curls that are just to hard to hit your back or chest muscles. if anyone up to support Anabolis Aliens while helping this one kid. I'll be rly rly grateful. ty for reading
