As a Japanese, I’m not really bothered by people “stealing” our culture if they’re inspired, it’s if they go too far that is the problem. People trying to ‘defend’ Japanese by attacking people who are enjoying the culture which is pretty ridiculous. I’m sure those girls looked lovely in Yukata or Kimono.
Japanese culture is pretty awesome.
How do you feel about people calling themselves "Otaku"? That's not really a nice word in japanese, is it?
PichDextro オタク? it used to be negative, but it is less now. Even Japanese call ourselves オタク
@@yunarose6145 Ok, I thought you would still get a weird look when calling yourself that. But as far as I know the japanese are very happy when other countrys show intereset in your culture, right? Honestly you are very polite people :D
PichDextro it literally just means “geek” or “nerd” so it’s pretty accurate to the people who refer to themselves as it
As much as I hate to admit it, anti-vaxxers do solve a world problem.

!warning @Lylah -> Stop spamming in caps!
And anyway, isn't the difference between Kimono to Yukata whether you wear those inner wears or not? That's how I learned
My teacher taught us in class few years ago but i forgot. It's not rly just innerwear , but in general kimono has more layers than yukata. Like lots. Please any Japanese correct me coz this was 6 years ago. I might be wrong.
I’m half Japanese and I uh don’t know
Kimono means "clothes", yukata is a certain kind of traditional clothing that has distinctive shape/patrons, it's kind of a not-so-formal outfit as other kind of Japanese "kimonos".
Also yukatas are traditionally made out of cotton and while they were the equivalent of bathrobes, over time they have become the casual, summer choice.
Kimonos usually are made out of silk with many inner layers and are worn on formal events, weddings ,funerals , coming of age.
There are also different kinds of kimono, the longer sleeves reserved for unmarried women, while the black kimonos with a family.logo on each side of the chest is usually reserved for the mother/mother in law at weddings
Also also, kimonos are unisex clothing while yukatas are basically the equivalent to a traditional dress

@@julianaragan7955 @Juliana Ragan There's nothing to do.
One would think that since the ghost is also a baby it's a harmless ghost, but babies don't have unfinished bussinesses for them to stick around. That has "demon in baby's clothing" written all over.
I would've done the same thing. Screw the ghost baby, and screw the baby baby. As a parent you must make sacrifices, and sometimes it's a literal one to appease the lord of darkness.

@@iamahooman6640 yep. His actual protest was that the new (at the time) MMR vaccine was untested and caused autism and that was too many vaccines at once blah blah blah. Conveniently he happened to have stake in an alternate, competing single vaccine for measles (I think). His initial thing was suggesting and alternate vaccination schedule using his vaccine instead of the MMR one.
He did "studies" to prove the harmful side effects of the MMR vaccine (which he falsified his data for), and was an all around bastard. Then in like 2010 he lost his licence and the paper he wrote was retracted, but the damage was already done.

4:42 Ways she could have those and be poor: 1. A gift. 2. Theft. 3. Bought them when she had money and since got poor. 4. Found them in a thrift store and bought them really cheap. 5. Bought them with a payment plan. 6. Bought them with a credit card.
Poor people are allowed to have nice things. Man does not live by bread alone. I'm barely skating by on $900 a month and I own three laptops, a desktop, a tablet, and a smartphone because I bought my old big laptop and desktop many years ago when I had a lot more money; I bought the smaller laptop used from eBay for $60; my Kindle Fire was only $50; got my smartphone free with a two year contract, and the phone/text/data combo pack monthly fee is cheaper than my previous cell phone's plan was. Desktop and older laptop are so old they hardly work anymore, netbook is okay for writing but not much else, I agreed to pay for the new laptop in installments (which will cost me far more in the long run than if I'd had the cash to buy it outright) because I can afford the installments if I go to the food bank every month. Next year is going to massively suck because of that, but it will suck less with a laptop that actually works well than the molasses-slow laptop and netbook.
when you're as poor as I am, sometimes there are things that if you don't have them in your life, you go insane. If I'm going to be shit poor and eating beans and rice all month anyway, I might as well be able to watch Netflix so I don't crack up with nothing to do all day and start murdering rich people and stealing their shit.

I've always been an advocate of never making fun of people who mispronounce a word - it means they learned it by reading. Today I've learned I may have been too generous.
Formaldehyde the way you said it just guided me gears
To be fair, the post about the kidney donation is misleading. She donated to a former boss she remained friends with, and it was her current boss that fired her.
So how did you know then?
She probably tweeted about the post being misleading

You are incorrect. Extremely incorrect. She offered her boss her kidney. She wasn't a match, but donated anyway, as it moved her boss up to next in the queue.

Technically, the man was writing in arabic, considering the fact that the numbers we use is arabic.
The modern numbers used in math worldwide originated in india.
@@bigbigbig42 which adopted and spread by arabs (or persian idk).
So both corrrct i guess.
@@meferswift It was adopted by the arabs via a trade with india, they then spread it to the rest of the world, you are correct in this. However both things are not correct, the arabs innovated on the numbers, sure, they invented algebra etc. but the numbers are natively hindi.
@@bigbigbig42 im not even contradicting.
Both can true in way.
Its of hindi, adopted and spread by arabs and farsi.

@@ronytheronin7439 That's a non sequitur, just like saying because we use windows software or own a Volkswagen you agree with the creators principles. The fact that Bill's dad was on the board of planned parenthood and a colleague of Margret Sanger (the founder of pp) who was an openly racist eugenicist, and pen pals with Hitler, means it's completely relevant to assume some foul play may have happened after African women suddenly became infertile after they were vaccinated by Bill
