While its been a decade since i took the class on it, i believe that it was something like 3 grams of sugar provides enough energy to digest 200 kilo-calories (Thats the calories marked on most foods,)

The fun thing is that the 1g rule is per portion so a company can legit sell sugar as sugar free sweetener because each portion is less than 1g. At least I believe it was that way some time ago.

I had the same 'hexagon' problem during a D&D game. Sleep-deprived me drew an octagon on the board and said "You enter a hexagonal chamber..." and the players roasted me for a full 10 minutes. Not the dramatic prelude-to-the-final-boss I was hoping for.

I think the best conspiracy theory about flat earth i've ever heard was like.. The earth is flat not because it's a cube or a plane or anything but because it's a simulation. And the edges, boundries of the world are government controlled and it is impossible to go past these boundries because the simulation simply ends. Like invisible walls in Skyrim!

I Think the general rule is that there can be up to 1% sugar and it still classify as Sugar Free.
1 gram of 100 grams is 1%.
Also on the back it says it contains naturally occurring sugar from the fruit it’s zero added sugar.

When I was at my College the automatic door wasn't working and a group of people walked up to it and waited for a few minutes for the door to open. They kept moving around and complaining wanting it to open. They eventually gave up and started to walk away to find another exit. I stood next to the door the whole time and as they walked away I walked up to the door and opened it manually by simply pushing the door open and walked out. The group looked at me and said to eachother "oh my god, we are so stupid". 😂

The way that saying "No Sugar" gets away with it while having about 1 gram of sugar is that they didn't add extra sugar. So it's less "no sugar" and more "no sugar added"
