    Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
    1. Being in calorie deficit
    2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
    3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    Current weight - 60kg Looking to go to 56kg - Will be dieting aswell as other workouts not just this
    Day one - almost died but managed it!
    Day 2- Managed to do it all without any brakes and the burn was insane!

    Doing this every single day!!
    Day 1 : kinda hard
    Day 2 : pretty easy
    Day 3 : was okay
    Day 4 : my back hurt but other than that amazing!
    Day 5 : took a 2 day break and I did this today and really really tried to do it well and I felt the BURNNN
    Day 6 : really hard
    Day 7 : see the results!!
