Hey brother, love your videos, we don't get tired of any content you put out. We love it all. No need to say you "bore us", lol we are excited with you!
Agreed I personally enjoy the more technical "boring stuff"
Yup. Chris never gets boring. He's always got that Golden Retriever energy when explaining things. 😌
no doubt i!
All your content is great! I wish I had the same energy as you to push all the content out every day.
The SC is so good, can’t wait to get one myself!
You’re the man Chris!
All the vids are tremendous. I’m a kaw honk myself, but the yam r1 is very cool. Keep it up!
We love all bikes keep them coming my friend
Ooooo thats mine!! Thanks again buddy
Yep NEVER get tired of this!!
your dyno videos are my favorite music genre
Best motorcycle content and tuning on the Interwebs. And no way will we ever get tired or sick of the Yamaha content. That R1M is the sickest bike you have. Of course that's just my subjective opinion. What an absolute gorgeous dime-piece. I think I would literally have my left testicle surgically removed for that bike. Yep… As long as there was anesthesia and pain management to follow, I would definitely do it. 😂😂😂👍👍👍💯
Great video as usual. Crazy restrictions on that but now wow it's a rip snorting dragon oh yeah, dig it 👍🇬🇧
I been watching u for a min but the Yamaha build is my favorite one in it’s gone definitely get got hella views n more subs
I'm a big fan of your videos, Chris, and I'm working on buying a bike from the US to send to you.
Zx10r phenomenal
That ZX 10 is Nasty!!!
I would like to try and ride one they look and sound great.
Thattt is insane😳
NICE COMBO. NICE GAINS. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪
It pushed more power then that new
R1M with a full titanium pipe, flash,Air filter.Put a header pipe on and it might push a little over 200hp.Nice job chris.
@@busabros2480 it really did... You just watched it... And that's without a Full Exhaust.
wow awesome video ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
You should offer a tuning course that would be lit!!
5:08 New from Moore Mafia: THROTTLE BUDDY 😂
You can see it splitting flames
WOW...that's some crazy HP increases for not a tonne of money. Excellent !!
I didn't hear him mention the baseline pull results, did you?
@@Emily-ou6lq No I did not, but I do recall from previous episodes that baseline figure was in the 173 hp range...
No shock there. I mean we talking about Kawasaki. They always forever make more power🏆
Lumberton NC in the house
SC project ain’t no joke!!! I wonder what a full exhaust would have produced? Great video as usual Chris!!
Wouldn’t be much of a change. The ti headers on it is the best. The bike only needed a cat delete and tune.
It has a cat delete, its a mid pipe and tip. Technically a 3/4 exhaust
if i was this guy at 197 i would be paying for the headers to try for the extra 3hp why stop at 197 when ya so close to 200
im at 118.5 on my R6 im gonna go until i get 120 i think il just need to remap the throttle
@@JamieS1992 Im definitely not stopping..I got some other mods in the works as we speak ⚙️. But I didn’t do headers because the stock headers are titanium resulting in it being titanium all the way back so I didn’t see a good enough reason for aftermarket, I will be gaining power elsewhere though believe that!
@@chriscarter9875 kawasaki don't play big ponies always
CHRIS, have you guys tuned a R7 yet and what could I expect out of a tune on that lol
Im a fan of all sportbikes.....
that should be on your R1M the CRT or GP70-R SC Project. 💯👌🏽
Can you tune out low RPM(4,000 and below) jerkyness?
Kawi powah!
Enjoyed the video
Keep it up!
With a stroke of 55 mm this bike makes 26.6 Meter/second piston Speed at 14.500 rpm - this is really high, some would say 'insane', in its true meaning. Maybe 22 or 23 m/s, okay - but almost 27? That's new, at least.
(A S1000RR, stroke 49.6 mm, does 23.5 m/s at 14.200 rpm with slightly more power - it looks as if Kawasaki by comparison would max out the drive train materials and construction use more than BMW does, to make up for a slightly less effiency of the Kawasaki cylinder head and head flow/filling? Thank you for your service and providing for valuable insight Moore Mafia, always a pleasure! 🕵️🏋️🤗☀️🤝.)
I just this bike and the handlebars feel too low for me will bar riser help or should I just get used to it
We need a video on a KTM 1290R 2020+ 🙌
New to tuning . Can you Dyno a brand new bike or do you have to wait till break in is over.
Want to put a loud exhaust and tune before the break in if possible zx10r
Did the sniffer come out at the end of the run because that AFR skyrocketed towards the end
dope!!!
Can you link the velocity stacks?
Any chance of getting the new Ducati V4R on the dyno?
Can you please make a video comparing Zx10-GSXR1,000-R1
I’ve been leaning towards an s1000rr but this makes me think I should save some money and get a zx10r.
If u only care about power then zx10 is best bang for buck. Bmw is king of all around tho
Chris, when are gonna flash bikes like ducati and aprilia? If you did, you gonna kill the flash game. You know your shit brother
Sick numbers! Wonder if you could break 200hp with that race fuel.
Add MR12 and it will go a little over 200HP
What was the before number? Did I miss it?
when you get a sc project decat does it have to get remaped or you can run on stock ecu if you not chacing power? just for the sound?
Holy backfire lol
Did we ever get to hear what she was making before you tuned and flashed it? You guessed 171 but what was it?
Btw today I upgraded from that same SC Project CR-T slip on, to a full system with Akrapović headers and mid + the SC. My bike literally sounds like a MotoGP bike.
And is finally ready for that Moore Mafia flash!!
That's what I thought wish he would have shown before and after
watch the video and you will know
Akra or graves header? Which one is best u think?
For a modern Kawi, I’d go full Graves. For my CBR, Akra was the only option.
Moore mafiaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Can someone explain what a dyno tune does? Is it simply just measuring the hp/torque and all of those variables and than modifying things put the bike back on the dyno and see if it does better?
a dyno tune modifies the AFR (air to fuel ratio) to get the most power out of the bike. This guy put on nicer velocity stacks that lets more air in the bike, a nice air filter that lets the air flow through better and also a nice exhaust that lets the bike breath better. so with all this more air coming in the bike the AFR (air/fuel ratio) is going to be off. Too much new air so chris has to add more fuel to the bike through the ECU so its getting enough fuel with all the new mods hes doing.
Yes sir
The f-450 is looking sinister in the background!!!!
Team Green Approved 💚🤟🇺🇸🏍️⚡🏍️#mooremafia
Baseline pull results???
MM to da front💪☝
Since it’s a slip-on, does it still have the cat in?
How does that tag not cut up the tire on the street? Is the suspension compressed on the dyno?
Yes, it's rather compressed on the dyno...has to be.
Tell me that you don't have any throttle problem with the ETV in first and second gear!! it's not open at 100% until the third gear.
Can't wait for my '22 ZX-10R to arrive. Been waiting over a month now. I'm tempted to send my ECU to you after the factory warranty runs out. What's the turn around time on a flash?
Just had my 2021 ZX-10R done it was pretty quick.. my bike is mean and scary fast thanks Chris
Don't wait for warranty. I thought the same at first but just do it. U can always flash ur ECU back to stock if needed
I got my ZX10RR tuned today in aus, has 250 miles on it got an arrow slip on and sprint air filter, dyno tuned today produced 193hp!! Little bit disappointed to be honest!
Is yours the one with variable velocity stacks or just fixed velocity stacks? The RR version is weaker due to the intake camshaft having less duration & lift as well as intake lobe centerline angle being too high. Engine builders swap out the stock RR intake camshaft for the stock R intake camshaft including the cam sprocket, longer duration & higher lift, if you want more power & torque this is the way to go.
I recently dyno tuned a 2024 ZX10R with an SC Project SC1R link pipe & muffler, BMC race air filter & velocity stacks, got 199.59whp & 83lb-ft, this is on a Dynojet 250i that has posted 170hp on a stock 2023 ZX10RR.
Oh snap. Imagine what it could do with a slip-off exhaust.
😂
Was it just a slip on or 3/4 exhaust? Great video by the way 💪🏿
It appears to be a 3/4 system not seeing a cat
It is a 3/4ths
It’s a 3/4, that’s my bike and I installed it.
@@Mr.Jetson You did a hell of a job. Is it too loud? I hear the SC Exhaust can be overbearing.
@@antownemercer7552 I also have the CRT it is loud as hell
Love it all I want 2 see what you can do on Hondas more only see a couple I'm underdog fan I know you can build one to run with anything 600 specifically though @MooreMafia
Kawasaki should make a tribute color combo on a new bike with the oem kawi green, purple and pink. I was always a fan of that retro color scheme
Now we all know you ride bologna pony
Was it running on mr12? Impressive numbers
no
Chris would that Zx10 or any Zx10 give more hp when you concider ram air, does your dyno simulate that? Is Ram air bs or would the bike make more power on the streets? When you dyno Zx10s do you concider Ram air? Your thoughts would be appreciated!
Great question
Dyno can't simulate Ram Air, not possible.
@Bed of Fire or Decompose almost, but we are talking about ram air function, as in the faster you go the more air you would get in a real life situation/wind tunnel.. the more rpm and speed the more air. Some dynos have a setup for that. There would be a duct to the front of the bike pushing alot of air
ram air only go with high speeds +100mph , increase the induction air pressure on filter box , to 150mph increase 4-5 hp ... but depends on every bike
That's what the fan is tryna do
lol isn't that final number higher than a stock H2?
Hate to say it but I think I need to add the 10R to my stable.
did that slip on remove the catalytic converter? and wow it sounds great and those pipes!!! great job on the tune
Good question.
Still installed
I removed the cat.
Its a 3/4 exhaust with a mid pipe. Stock headers are titanium making the whole system titanium.
@@Mr.Jetson so that's your bike...sweet.
@@raynic1173 yesssir! Thank you 🙏
Why does the gen 6 sound different from gen 5?
Gen 6 sounds very deep & throaty line a old school 1000cc..
They are super loud too!
Will it hit 299?
So this is why kawasaki lost 500 rpm in WorldSBK holy shit
Missed the biggest flame when you turned your head
Kawi ro
Rules baby
Chris can you do a video on WHY ever sport bike company is allowed to put out bikes that are doing 200+HP on bikes BUT the Busa is just sitting in the back like "what about me"... I'm just hearing stupid numbers from other manufacturers and the Busa is barely making may be (I know you'll correct me if I'm wrong) 170hp stock.
Basically it's regulations killing the busa power only going to get worst with new bikes cars
The Cylinder Head on a Stock Busa just doesn't flow enough for the amount of air the Bottom End produces, it's the choke point. A little port work and running 2 Stock Intake Cams makes a huge difference
Did I miss the baseline hp?
go to 3:49 , bike made 178
Thanks. Yeah he never said the number and it wasn't clear on my screen
I AM YAMAHA FAN..
Sc project is the best overall exhaust when it comes to sound/aesthetics/weight. Longer akrapovic exhaust may give an extra couple horsepower. But it’s ugly, quiet, and heavier
195 with the cat still on??? shieeet
Best bike for the money I'm just not a fan of the "beak"
Nope…….I remember a 2018 ZX10R SE with a slip on making 199……and you were trying hard to get that 200……lol
Yup, that was another one that made more power than the one in this vid. There was a '19 RR that apparently just had a 3/4 that made 200.7
The SC-Project CRT exhaust which that is makes way less power than the Standard SC-Project exhaust. The 51mm in this video is just to big for the bike
That dude is short. One bump and tag is coming off thanks to the rear wheel!
Too bad sc doesn’t make exhaust for zx14
What now mr know it all @Ali Alhouli . Only slip on and flash.
ABSOLUTE WEAPON!
Zx10rr 2019/2020 made more... 200whp and didn't have Sprint filter
Thank you, I don't think anyone else has mentioned that
I want to bring my zx10r down and see if my girl will break a record
Do it!

what i dont get is this 4:46 4.1% throttle is 100% at 10000rpm to 13600rpm wtf 90% gives 100% at 11500rpm 0.5% throttle the bike is still going at 100% from 7000rpm
Huh? What? I'm deaf now.
I'd rather a ZX-10R that makes 170 horsepower and 95 ft-lb torque, than a ZX-10R that makes 195 horsepower and 82 ft-lb torque.
But but but but but but......dah racing!
Torque is definitely more fun
@@brianbrooks5947 Pretty much. The frantic wailing of a short stroke 1L is fun for a few seconds, but dancing on a shift lever to get some locomotion isn't as fun as twisting at 4,000 rpm and feeling like you lit a rocket.
For instance, probably one of the most extreme examples of this high rpm stuff today is the new Panigale Superleggera V4:
234 horsepower with Ducati spec full exhaust and race ECU tune, at 15,500 RPM.
85 ft-lb @ 11,750 RPM.
What good is the first 10,000 rpm of this engine besides useless revs to get out of the way to the real power.
998cc with 81mm bore and 48.4mm stroke.
That's not an engine stroke, that's practically a vibration.
I had a 2003 gsxr 1k and that thing was intant power
@@brianbrooks5947 While it's not anywhere near the same category, I demoed a 1250 Bandit some years back. That's what torque should feel like. Butter smooth and electric-motor like thrust just above idle.
The ZX14 is more what you're after, I suppose. If not exactly that, maybe a ZX14 swapped ZX10 is your cup of tea
Yamaha and Suzuki guys get over it kawasaki rules always been hp kings
mmmmm yamaha :P
Hello guys...I'm looking for a wrecked 1000cc bike...I build custom buggys.....anyone around the east coast with something, please hit me up....I have cash......fuel injected please
I worked at a Kawasaki and Suzuki motorcycle shop for many years. I found Yamahas are the most difficult bikes to work on, they had odd size metric nuts & bolts.
You have to remove the exhaust pipe to change plugs on some 1000 cc engines. I think it was on the YZF 1000 model. Also, the welds seem cheap, compared to Kawasaki or Suzuki.
That's why you don't see many Yamaha drag bikes.
why always in 5th gear, why not 6th
cause 5th gear is 1:1.
Dyno also has a speed limit. 6th gear might exceed it.
Any leader bikes on here on Mr Dino is awesome 👍 including the R1m can't wait for the next video, Yamaha it's time for a R2..
