It's in Russia (my country) because they speak Russian there. Thus, the driver's license will be revoked due to the fact that the woman crossed the road at a pedestrian crossing. And, of course, depending on her injuries, he will most likely go to prison for a couple of years (if serious harm to health).

The pedestrians had a green light at the pedestrian crossing, while the biker had a red light. From the looks of it, he tried to go through the pedestrians, but didn’t notice the lady whom he hit. That being said, he is 100% at fault. There is no excuse for not stopping at a red light.
