    I want a short workout today, to make it easier, I thought. But because it’s short, I will choose the one with weights, I thought. Gosh, sweat was running down my entire body by the end. One arm plank looked impossible, but I did it and I’m so proud of myself 😭 I’m working out with your videos for a bit more than a month now and I see the progress, thank you ❤

    Wow what a very pleasant surprise to find this 15 min gem this morning! Two new routines so recently almost back to back! Thank you SO much Anna! I love love love shorter routines! ❤❤❤❤ Oh - I’m following the “Mix” calendar with the running (or walking for me with these steep foothills where I live) so I just noticed this would be the new workout for the “Weights” calendar, but I’m adding it on anyway as I do love 15 min routines! xxx

I’m coming back from injury & illness & this is perfect for building back stamina & gauging appropriate energy expenditure as I’m continuing treatment for chronic fatigue & chronic pain & rehabbing shoulder impingement & new pin from hip arthritis.     Great workout! I know it's only 15 mins but would probably suggest doing a few mins bodyweight warm up rather than diving straight into lifting weights? ❤ x

    heyyy anna! LOVE LOVE LOVE ur workouts! can u do one specializing in athletes? cause we play soccer, competitively, so with the games and practices we end up to tired to do ur workouts(u can still add the TONING/abs/lower body/upper body/ect.) we would just love to have one(possibly a few☺)workouts helping athletes(in season) 💗💗💗

    So ive been subscribed for a while now but kept procrastinating on doing one of your workouts. But today i tried this one since it was only 15 minutes.
    First 5 minutes, great. 8 minutes later I was panting, and then threw burpees at us!😭 I could barely do them but I pushed myself.
    Anyway great workout! Im very proud of myself🫶🏼 I think I'll do these more

    Hello Anna, I came across your channel and have been doing exercises from your workouts every day since then. I think these are really great. I am 43 years old and have also given birth to two children. I've always been sporty. Unfortunately, a lot has changed for me since I turned 40 and somehow it is much more difficult to be defined.
