I want a short workout today, to make it easier, I thought. But because it’s short, I will choose the one with weights, I thought. Gosh, sweat was running down my entire body by the end. One arm plank looked impossible, but I did it and I’m so proud of myself 😭 I’m working out with your videos for a bit more than a month now and I see the progress, thank you ❤

Great workout! I know it's only 15 mins but would probably suggest doing a few mins bodyweight warm up rather than diving straight into lifting weights? ❤ x

So ive been subscribed for a while now but kept procrastinating on doing one of your workouts. But today i tried this one since it was only 15 minutes.
First 5 minutes, great. 8 minutes later I was panting, and then threw burpees at us!😭 I could barely do them but I pushed myself.
Anyway great workout! Im very proud of myself🫶🏼 I think I'll do these more

I am 43 years old and have also given birth to two children. I've always been sporty. Unfortunately, a lot has changed for me since I turned 40 and somehow it is much more difficult to be defined.
