Thank you truly, I’m 13 years old and I’m currently in recovery for Anorexia. I would work out for hours on end and it would hurt and it wouldn’t be fun at all, one day I woke up and wanted to be healthy. It’s still hard, but your videos help me be healthy and active while not hating myself. I switched from K-pop idol body and hourglass work out to yours and they’ve made such a big impact on me, these videos make me feel strong and good about myself. These vidoes actually fun and keep me active, and for that I’m so grateful
u can do it girl . i am 15 year old and i have asthma so it is very hard for me to continue it but still i push it . i dont want a hourglass body or k pop idol type body but i am doing it so i could love myself . when i was 13 i used to think about my body a lot and bcz of the stress i got PCOD so i would tell u to plz continue ur workout for urself .
I also recovered from Bulimia three years ago, after having suffered for 7 years. It’s possible! All the best to you!

I'm 13 too and a random time at midnight i made a whole schedule for working out, mewing, night and day routine and drinking more water, i feel so much better now, even if there is not results yet it makes me feel more productive and organized

This was brilliant, best abs/core session I’ve done for a long time and perfect for a rare weekend break from running to rest the legs. The session after the plank warm-up was insane. Loved it!

Day 1: DEFINITELY hurt to do but it felt GREAT! I may be sore but the more I do the more I will get used to it
i really like that she starts out with planks etc first. I personally hate doing a much of abs on my back and than having to get up to go into a plank lol
