    Anna you just made me fall in love with working out.. When I started my fitness journey I never enjoyed exercising and was concerned only about losing weight and when at one point my weight got stuck I got so demotivated.... But since 6 months my thoughts is being completely different... That positive smile on your face in each of your workout session just motivates me. Now losing weight has not been my concern for many months. I now workout because I love working out, I just love to sweat everyday.. Thank you Anna.... ♥️♥️

      Same here... after a yr of my workout journey i felt like exercising is a punishment that i must do..i tried several youtuber but still felt the same until i found anna. Now i always feel excited to do workouts with her. Sometimes i watch what should i follow on the next day while im working. 😅

    Gosh, ive been working out for 7 months now, i started with your workouts; but took a break and did other workouts.. now im back and i totally forgot what a challenge your workouts are, you never fail to miss!     my abs are BURNING, at the beginning i thought that i don't need rest, few seconds after that the rest was for what i waited the most. i'm in love with that workout and i highly recommend this to anyone who likes a decent ab/core workout #growwithanna

    i've been doing anna's workouts for 3 days already and it was the BEST DECISION I ALREADY MADE THIS YEAR. Anna, ur an angel!! your workouts are really hard and they burn ALOT, but they're so fun and i love them (im rlly sorry for my english, idk how to speak english that well). im gonna keep doing your workouts for a looooong long time. i love you so much Anna, thank you for all the things you already did (i almost forgot to write this but since i started doing your workouts, my body has became more slim. idk if im hallucinating cause its only been 3 DAYS!!)

    Hi Anna,
    I loved this one- knocked out some time in my day to crush it. I just wanted to tell you that you have been one of the greatest motivators for me with strength. I have noticed that my legs and core are already stronger after doing your workouts and my running has improved signficantly. I am currently back at college and just had my first official team practice and finished with this workout. I used to struggle with an eating disorder because all I used to do was cardio and no strength training ever. But, since I have become a college runner, I know how important it is to fuel and strengthen my muscles, so I am strong. I have so much more energy and got my periods back at a normal rate because I have lessened the amount of cardio and switched to more strength in addition to running. Thanks!

    Anna,you're phenomenal! You have made me what am I today. Let's go back to 4 month's back. Yes, I hated excersising, it's was much much of like a burden than a lifestyle I've been following since 1 year, I resticted everything but still wasn't happy enough. Fitness was much off a 1 week practise and rest was just depressed me because I was just wanted change, change in my attitude and my energy. It's been 4 month's, since I found your Amazing channel and I'm the happiest I've ever been. I now love to push my limites, and definately our sweaty faces hahah. And I want to thankyou from the core of my heart, for all you did❤️ You're so amazing and I love you anna:))
