    I love your workouts but definitely prefer the ones with a bit of rest added in. 10-15 seconds are not much of "rest" anyway, but they give the possibility to set up for the next exercise calmly and more properly.

    I don't love ABS BUT it's what I really need!! There are exercises here that I can't do (those lying on my side hip) but I need to gain more passion for my abs. I have some belly fat due to the 2 pregnancies. thanks❤
