i just go for a walk on those days and maybe do a stretch or a gentle ab workout 👍🏻 i walk most days anyway but some days a walk is enough and we can come back stronger the next day when we have more energy 💪🏻

I am over 35 years old, but I feel stronger than I did at 20! Working out has made my life better!
For me, starting is always the hardest part, but once I begin, I always realize how glad I am that I managed to motivate myself, even if it's just for a short video! I always feel so much better after I've finished.
On my channel, I also try to give people a bit of motivation to take that first, hardest step because they definitely won't regret it.

I loved doing this full routine Anna! I is such a joy for me to do your fitness since I’ve recovered from the recent (28th May) vitrectomy when my surgeon was able to cauterise the leaking vessel next to the retina. I should no longer have any haemorrhaging in that righ5 eye and have finally been cleared for all fitness! It’s been a couple of years s8nce I was safely permitted to do plank, climbers, etc. This was great fun for me Anna! Thank you ❤❤❤
