OKAYYY whattttt everyone in the comment section is WAY too calm after doing this. I usually do ab workout videos from Madfit and others a couple times a week but after a couple months I never really feel challenged anymore so I have been looking for something harder and when I tell you I FOUND IT. Finally I feel pushed once again and felt the kind of pain I felt when I first started doing ab workouts. I admit I had to rest for like 10 seconds in between and could not figure out how to do the side plank raises but I’m so looking forward to being able to complete this. This channel is underrated and I never ever subscribe to people but I think you deserve it
I feel you! I can't do the side planks with leg raises
It was crazy hard. I will have to come back to this video after I develop stronger shoulders and abs. I couldn't get past all the planks. So many in a row. Intense. I love this channel and I just recently found it within the last week and although I am not a beginner, she is definitely a huge challenge for me but I will prevail. Thank you Anna for putting together real professional videos that will create real results. YOU GO GIRL!!
I also couldn't do side plank raises for full 1 minutes. Only did for 30 secs and the just side plank hold.
The problem was I couldn't balance properly, not fatigue

🤯🤯🤯 I’ve been looking to progressive overload with my ab workouts, and have been using dumbbells alongside my MadFit and Caroline Girvan workouts, but THIS, THIS HITS HARD. 😅 -I didn’t even need dumbbells to feel the burn this one, and I have a pretty damn strong core if I may say so myself! 🥵 😂 Thank you Anna!
