I’ve been on the market for getting a new PC, since my PC died a few weeks ago. Thanks to your video, I’m definitely considering buying this; so that I can continue recording gameplay videos for my channel and live streaming on my Twitch channel. You earned my sub, Man.
I was impressed with everything about this tower including the price point except the choice of motherboard. I mean I have rarely seen a motherboard that lacks rear IO's like this. I am currently running an ASUS TUF B450-PLUS GAMING (AM4). That said with the price of graphics cards lately, the RTX 3070 is the predominant value of this pc.
I love Acer, I've been using their Desktops since 1997, I've had 3, but went with a Dell about 3 years ago. Acer quality just isn't what it use to be. I have a friend with this one and he's had nothing but problems with the fans not working right, running WAY too hot, a few if the ports have stopped working, and he's always getting the blue screen of death. So this (cheaper) version or maybe all of these just are not built very well. Though expert reviewers seem to like it. Owners do not. I almost got one, at least they look good lol. Sorry to be the negative dude.

Hello, if you contact acer they would be able to send the screw for free for the the pc glass panel. Just have to tell them the code provided on the box.
Close Enough, I was trying to find an unboxing of the predator Orion 3000 I bought. Mine came with a 8GB stick of 3200MHz RAM and the BIOS doesnt support boosting so you need to buy Crucial RAM that base runs at 3200MHz. What I was worried about was the graphics card and it looks and seems the same as yours so suppliers and type havent changed. Some mentioned that the GPU had issues after a while would love to know if that has happened with you.
I was wondering what the max temperature limit is? I don’t know a lot about computers but when I got it I was worried about the high heat levels it was reaching.
What is the temp of the gpu and cpu? FPS means nothing as there are allot of processing that a gpu does even on idle. If your temps for both cpu and gpu are around 60c (depends on room temps also) then that is normal, on extensive gaming and extreme use these temps should not go above 90c max. have you monitored the temps when playing games and/or on high cpu/gpu processing software? As and if they gets above 95c the computer will turn off automatically but, that does not mean that you only have an overheating problem only, you will have to and I know that you said "i checked the processor and it had thermal paste" but, in most cases the OEM paste is either put on inadequately and/or they use an inferior paste. you have to repaste the cpu with the "pea method" and with a high grade paste like "Thermal Grizzly Hydronaut" (which I would use) which is an overclocking paste with its excellent thermal conductivity or "Aeronaut" that is very long resistance at high temperatures and is their standard high grade cpu desktop paste or cpu/gpu laptop paste. Look your ACER PREDATOR ORION 3000 desktop has many options of cpu and even gpu cooling e.g. water cooling, bigger case fans, bigger and more efficient cpu fan which will all contribute to a cooler system. I would seriously consider putting water cooling as that is the best option. If you want you can also get a watercooling option for the gpu, its up to you. But in terms of the temperature, numbers in the 60-80 range are perfectly normal. You'll see much closer to 90 when doing heavy gaming.
These have dropped in Price by £200 in the UK. I've read that there's a problem with the CPU when getting hot and causing throttling because of cooling problems? looking at the close up of your video the case (internally) does look a bit cramped and it could use another fan upfront pulling in more air. Iam thinking about purchasing one anyway because of the price point and modifying it. I'd do away with the tempered glass,just keeping the original side panel on it.

by default the fan is set to automatic, meaning if it doesn't require a lot of cooling the fan are very quite. during my video rendering the fan sometime crank up by it self and make slight louder noise, but again it adjusted automatically. event at highest speed it will make some noise but not loud but it's still loud enough for you to notice it.
yes, it does. surprisingly the keyboard actually is very decent, I compare the keyboard with Redragon keyboard, I like the one that came from acer, my personal opinion.
at first, it was working great, after a months, I feel this pc is getting slower. keep in mind some of the hardware they use is a bulk generic, such as RAM, I try to upgrade the RAM and buy a better and good gaming RAM, but it doesn't help.
@@ananya3066 it still worth buying. The fack acer buy most of the part in bulk they can build this pc at lower cost. If you were to build this pc on your own it would cost more money. The good thing about this acer predator orion 3000 are still upgradeable if you want to upgrade it in the future.
The stock gaming keyboards that came with the acer predator orion 3000 doesn't have removable key caps. Unfortunately you need to buy a different brand keyboard that offers removable key cap.

Hello, your english is great, i can understand your question. Every new pc should come with keyboard and mouse. Except if you make custom pc you need to buy the keyboard and mouse.
I notice in some country the glass side panel is NOT included, but in north america the side glass oanel is included. If you are planning to buy one, buy it from north america (amazon.com or amazon.ca) because i know for sure it will include glass side panel, keyboard and mouse.

Yes it only come with 1 HDMI, 1 Display port and 1 DVI. Im using 3 monitor and using HDMI, Display port and DVI port to connected all 3 monitor im using right now. Or you can use Adapter to usb, dvi or to display port.

this is pc stock is powerful enough for both streaming and gaming. it is made for gaming and streaming, I using this pc for video editing constantly running multiple windows open for video editing (software I'm using is Sony Vegas Pro 17 & 18) and photoshop and fast and run smoothly. in the future my only suggestions is to upgrade the RAM for even stronger and better run pc, also it's very easy to add on the RAM or switch the RAM. let me know if you need any help with changing the RAM in the future if you plan to do so.

@@calle213 oh boy, how come it's stuck? you just have to remove the screw that attracting the cpu fan into the cpu housing, depending on the new fan you might have to replace the cpu housing as well. and of course to unplug the power cord from the power supply. and when you buy a new cpu fan it should come with an additional house, and adjustable housing to work with your cpu. this is the reason I decided to build my pc after all to give me the freedom. amzn.to/3wWdTnF
What software do you need to download for the mouse to change the DPI? My friend has downloaded PredatorQuarterMaster and it says no device is found and we haven't found any other software that has found his device through the USB
The stock mouse led light can only be changes on the mouse setting only. If you want more setting from your pc, you need to buy much more advance mouse That can be configured by a software from your pc.

This PC it's 10/10 fr its class, and yes if wiling to move up in pc classes you will get a much stronger pc and much more expensive. I say this pc is best value for its class level.

there will 2 side panel, one is to replace the panel with a glass side panel which the screw is on the side (first you need to remove the screw from the backside of the pc then install the glass panel using 4 screws located two at the top corner and two at the bottom corner. you can see it on my video) and to open the other side of the panel to install a hard drive or anything else simple just go to the back of the pc and removed the screw.

You still can do some upgrade for your ram amd ssd, but it has its own limitations. Cpu and gpu is all depending on the motherboard.

It was included, already packed nicely inside the box. Basic ga.img keyboard and mouse, it does the job but nothing fancy.

How do you replace it? my backpanel is stuck so i have to drill the ´´screws´´ but can i switch cooler?
@@calle213 oh boy, how come it's stuck? you just have to remove the screw that attracting the cpu fan into the cpu housing, depending on the new fan you might have to replace the cpu housing as well. and of course to unplug the power cord from the power supply. and when you buy a new cpu fan it should come with an additional house, and adjustable housing to work with your cpu. this is the reason I decided to build my pc after all to give me the freedom. amzn.to/3wWdTnF

What software do you need to download for the mouse to change the DPI? My friend has downloaded PredatorQuarterMaster and it says no device is found and we haven't found any other software that has found his device through the USB
The stock mouse led light can only be changes on the mouse setting only. If you want more setting from your pc, you need to buy much more advance mouse That can be configured by a software from your pc.

This PC it's 10/10 fr its class, and yes if wiling to move up in pc classes you will get a much stronger pc and much more expensive. I say this pc is best value for its class level.

how do you open the side panel?
there will 2 side panel, one is to replace the panel with a glass side panel which the screw is on the side (first you need to remove the screw from the backside of the pc then install the glass panel using 4 screws located two at the top corner and two at the bottom corner. you can see it on my video) and to open the other side of the panel to install a hard drive or anything else simple just go to the back of the pc and removed the screw.

@@arttu5759 your welcome. where di you buy your pc? which country? every country might be different, I know in Canada and us they come with glass side panels. or you can try to call Acer in your country and ask them why you didn't come with the glass panel.

I havent done that yet, but the motherboard should be able to handle rtx. This pc does have a Customable capabilities.
