It probably would have cost them around 10-15 bucks to add another stick of ram into the build. Instead they only put one in to save that little bit of money and cost us even more money since ram is more expensive and harder to find if you are only buying a single stick versus two sticks.

@@olivierdols5556 I think so especially seeing how some people that buy prebuilts aren't comfortable upgrading their rig even if it's something as simple as sticking in another stick of ram. So a prebuilt coming with 8GB will definitely stop some people from purchasing it.
I'd prefer they charge an extra 20 bucks and include a second stick. I ended up throwing in two more 8GB sticks of ram in my prebuilt that came with a single 8GB stick so now I'm rocking 24GB. I was able to get two sticks of 8GB ram for 55 bucks which wasn't bad I would have preferred to just pay 20 bucks extra for a second stick of ram to be included though.

One positive thing that may be worth a mention that I dunno if you touched upon -- judging by the shots of the inside of the case, it looks like it would be compatible with a micro-atx motherboard, even though the board it comes with is proprietary. Could be fun for a sleeper build, perhaps?
Again, I can't say just by looking at it, but I have this fascination for weird/irregular tech that prebuilt computers come with.

Everytime I see these pre-built PCs I'm more and more happy to have learned and built mine.
Hitting thermal limit like this is absolutely unacceptable. This build (and many other) always reek off the ''it works good enough and they don't know better, so whatever'' mentality.
Like in LTT newest tech shopper. Even in the winning iBuyPower build, when he put on screen the ongoing benchmarks on the 2070 super that it was hitting 1665 Mhz core clock.
This was a MSI 2070 Super (not a blower one). I have one of the cheapest 2070 supers in my PC (gigabyte windforce 3x) and at base settings in goes to 1965 Mhz at less than 65 degrees. Stable OC at 2025 lower than 60 degrees with ajusted fan curves (I have a good arflow case). The pre-built basically gives you a 15% drop in core clock compared to a cheap GPU of the same kind. Wild.
Anyway good video, I really like those.
