I'd also like to add that in a world where physical contact is super common and kinda necessary and useful for combat, Mirio's quirk is at least in the top seven we've seen so far. He controlled when anyone came into contact with him which is usually how you hit someone, you know (as well as an activation step in a lot of quirks). Basically I really think he'd be a (literally DISGUSTINGLY STRONG) "Super" hero and maybe all might saw this and was like he's already plenty strong let's pit him against other kids and have them really challenge each other and found that it was a shame that with all the courage Deku had deserved at least a chance. I do agree Mirio would've been far more effective as an individual hero (and then if she matures and is heroic as well, Eri would be the best fudging culmination of quirks we've seen, since she'd have even more power with Mirio's quirk as well and the friggin best healing/time control (or whatever) quirk... Imagine fighting a group of heroes with her! You couldn't touch her and she'd keep rewinding the heroes to perfect health!!) My imagination is going cray cray

I think lemillion’s character was created to show how deku is different than ur stereotypical hero

if you ask me i think Sir Nighteye was Lying to Mirio about what he saw in his future because he was afraid Mirio on some level (possibly because of the trust/respect he had for Nighteye) would believe Nighteyes prediction ensuring he wouldn't have the force of will to overcome that quirkless future
DAMN!! That’s a solid theory, especially given Nighteye had just realised the future could be avoided. Like you say, he probably said it so Mirio would at least try to bend whatever future he saw
Turtle Quirk i’m late but I respect this theory but i’d have to disagree with it.. I just don’t see in Nighteye’s character that he would lie to him on his deathbed.. especially knowing how Mirio grew on him.. but that’s just my view
@@dfelton1018 I also agree and base off the effects of another hero ( Tamaki Amajiki) who also lost his quirk similarly to Mirio. My belief is that it will come back but it will take a longer time. Also like all other Arcs in Manga or Anime once a character is shown in the media that mean they will play a huge role later. They put in alot of effort into showing us an extensive look at his powers then doubling down that it's not the power that made him strong but the passion and work he had while using it.

Mirio stood his grounds even after he lost his quirk. His act alone makes him a great hero (Y). He may not be #1 like deku and all Might, but he definitely left an impression

2:27 when you say he can only see into the target’s future for one hour do you mean Nighteye can only be looking into a person’s future for a physical hour for his body, or an hour’s worth of visions of the target’s future? Like, 60 minutes of content across their life?
Good question, my understanding is the equivalent to 60 minutes of content across their whole life - but he can see as far or as soon into the future as he wants. This will probably be clarified either way in the episode coming out tomorrow!
Nighteye sees the whole person’s life if he wants but for him to see all of it he has the time limit of one hour to see the persons life

One For All users can bend fate at will if they desire it enough, Deku desired to save Eri, and that’s what happened. Deku fought muscular to defy Kota’s death, and he survived. And also, all might defyed his death in his final fight.
my personal theory is that, in a way, Deku didn't change the future. my explanation for that is quite wired, but there it is:
- Sir Nighteye predicted that Mirio will become a great hero by recieving the One For All, that's why he trained him. He also saws that Deku will fail as a hero (thats why he is opposed to Deku, he saws that Mirio MUST recieve the One For All). In fact, Mirio fails and loses his quirk, while Deku becomes the successor of all might
- Sir Nighteye also predicted All Might's death: if all might returns to the fight, he will die by the hand of a powerful opponent in 6 or 7 years (because he will not be able to fight properly due to his wound). In reality, Sir Nighteye dies in that period of time (maybe because all might wasn't here to help him), on the other hand, all might is still alive and pretty mutch out of danger.
Taking those two points into account, I consider 2 possibilities:
- The predictions that Sir Nighteye did were kind of mirrored (he saw his own future while thinking it's the future of all might)
- Sir Nighteye saw his own future, knew he was going to die, and intentionnaly lied in order to try to protect himself
I could see miro becoming a quirkless hero. It would be the inverse of dekus arc.

Mirio can DEFINITELY become a hero if he doesn’t graduate from UA. He could finish at a different less prestigious school, or just be a hero without it, like Hawks

I feel that All Might must perish at the hands of Shigaraki, if only for plot reasons.
Tomura's reason for existing is to kill AM, and given where he is currently is in the story, it only makes sense for Mr. Decay to kill Toshinori while the latter tries desperately to appeal to his master's gandchild's humanity.
I can definitely see both possiablites about Mirio
If Mirio gets his powers back it would not lessen the actions during the overhaul fight. His character is similar to Deku. They both have struggled with Mirio being told his quirk was useless by his father and having many many hurdles to jump over just like deku having no quirk and being told he’d never be a hero. Mirio on the other hand has a new journey to go through and that’s to help raise Eri and overcome the lost of his quirk. It wouldn’t make him losing the quirk redundant it would be good development

I believe he will get it back but not for a long time. While sparing with class A-1 Tamaki made it a point to say that it is not his power that got him into the Big 3 but the work and effort he had . This will not take away from anything because it is suppose to teach you perseverance. Unlike Tamaki who lost his own power, it will just take a while due to a strong dose that had hit Mirio. I believe that the author also did this to stop any more comparison between Mirio and Deku. While Mirio is recovering outside of school and internship, Deku can focus more on himself.
Does anybody feel like sometimes you already have seen the situation like.. You saw a dream where you had a conversation with a friend and see the same thing in the real life? Same answers. Same situation. It's like the feeling you saw that already and know what he/she is going to say. That's like Nighteye's quirk. Idk I thought maybe someone else had that same thing... Cause my mom said it happens to her sometimes too.. So.. Yah

I personally believe allmight will most likely die from the hands of shigaraki , since during the act of night eyes for seight , night eye was fully aware of who all for one was, he would've informed allmight if it was AFO specifically that killed him, it's true that fight with him and allmight qas the death defying one that he fortold , but i highly doubt it, all the foreshadowing up in the story kinda hints me, telling me otherwise that allmight will die soon inthe near future, either that or horikoshi just thinks it's necessary to bring the successors quirks element into the story rn

Yeah if All Might is murdered, all signs are pointing to Shigaraki being the one to do it (I actually said that in my All Might Death theory video a while back!) but I'm not 100% sure if Nighteye would've told All Might if he had seen All For One.
The reason being is that when Nighteye saw the prediction, everyone believed All For One was dead... so IF it was AFO, to tell All Might that he's alive (immediately after he supposedly killed him) would definitely fck up the future timeline massively
That said, it's more likely because it was Shigaraki ahah. All Might is dying within the next 2 arcs, I'm fairly confident in that. Just too many hints
I'm going to disagree on this one as It's kinda pointless now. all might is retired. the man is alive But the symbol of peace is dead. SPOILER BELOW. IF they killed him now I think it's going be to get to deku if Anything is going to make him snap it's going to be seeing all might be thanos-ed. remember All for 1 played Dirty and tried to make all might angry and reckless in the fight. IF Shigaraki uses that playbook I can't think of anything better to do that to deku then watching his idol and father figure so close yet unable to save him.
Especially with Shigaraki's power up (Even Just his wider range could be enough to fool deku because he thinks it's safe if he's got all might out of arms reach
He also might not know who the villain actually is, as it’s possible that he didn’t see the villain who killed All-Might in his Foresight. He can’t control what he sees (obvi) and from what perspective and can’t tell when in time he is seeing it. So he could actually not know at all, he can only see the future of the Target of Foresight not anyone else involved in that future, so it can be harder to predict who else would be involved.
I think Eri will like use up her mutation for getting Mirios quirk back thinking it was her fault that he lost it , and 2 I think that Sir's prediction was right but Eri like cuttet the timeline in 2 so Sir saw just an alternative universes future ,
3 Sir's predictions about All Might I think, it was All for One but it might be Shigaraki tomura as well, and putting him aside I think Sir can only forsee someone's Future who has a quirk so if you think like this All Might lost his Quirk and never got it back and You'll ask now and tf about Mirio, I think then Eri will rewind his time then he had his Quirk from that point on Sir saw Mirios future,

Hey sir nigtheye have a good quirk foursigth he can do that like a movie thing or what ever it call he can only use it has 1 hour last time midoriya was figthing him he realize his quirk like knows his attack or knows what his doing
The only time Mirio actually proves to be a true hero and worthy of OFA is after he royally screwed up with the whole letting Eri go the first time. Yea he was acting on Nighteye’s orders. But even when you take that out of the equation he opted to abandon her and save her later when he believes that success would be higher. You would think that he would be smarter than that then again his mentor was shortsighted and incompetent.
Was the stuff about when nighteye begged to be AM’s sidekick in Vigilantes?

I think that Mirio will get his quirk back, from what I have seen so far, but you shouldn't really compare Deku and Mirio, Deku has just gotten his quirk a few months ago at this time, Mirio had his quirk since he was 4, granted that he had to work real hard to make his quirk great, we don't know how Deku will develop by the time he reaches Mirio's stage, Deku is still learning to control his quirk and as we can see he has come a long way in the short amount of time that he has had this quirk

So Night Eye can see years into the future but is limited to an hour!? He needs to touch a person to activate his once a day quirk, yet he states while fighting he continuously sees only one second ahead at a time, which he apparently does repeatedly while not touching his opponent. Someone please explain.
Btw, in the very beginning of the series, Quirkiness Deku says that UA got rid of the rule that you had to have a quirk to attend the hero course, which strongly implies that a quirk isn't a requirement for a hero license.

Lemillion will get his quirk back and probably become either top 10 under Deku (who quickly catches up as Lemillion continous to hiatus), or he could actually become the number 1 hero FOR A TIME and be forced to retire early like All Might.
I think him getting his quirk doesnt undermine things as much as you think, and in fact, helps finish Eri's Arc when she learns to control her power and gives Lemillion's quirk back.

all for one arguably has the best quirk. his only limit to stealing quirks is he can't take one for all. imagine being able to have any quirk you want and then using other quirks you already have to make those other quirks even stronger. one for all has strength advantage, but it took 100+ years for the quirk to outmatch all for one.

I'm pretty sure Nighteye told Mirio not to worry, so I guess he'd probably get his quirk back with Eri's power, she could turn his body back to his original state with the quirk.That's probably what's going to happen

Also as good as Mirio is as a person, I feel giving him One for All would make him way too powerful and potentially dangerous. No one needs two (technically three) quirks like the ones Mirio would have if he got One for All.

What I don't understand is if Nighteye's quirk can only see 1 hour of a persons life, in other words just their inmediate future, how the hell did he saw All Might's death years later? Now he can see years and years of a persons life? Idk if that's a plot hole or what
What it means is he can see a persons life FOR one hour of HIS time. So he can look into a persons future as far as possible (though the dates become more hazy the further he looks) and he can do this for 60 mins - then he won’t be able to do it again for another 24 hours

If someone with a non physical quirk ( foresight, brainwash, invisiblity and arguably erasure even tho it's very helpful) can be a hero, then why can't a quirk less fighter be a hero? I mean what kind of battle assistance does invisiblity have? What can brainwash do after the Villains know the conditions? (Shinso is Bae tho, that's enough) we got the conditions of foresight and it sucks (one hour with a 24 hour cooldown time... Yeah) non of this is battle aiding in anyway, and you need a lot of good ol' classic hand to hand combat (or support items)
There's a lot more on the list like Ani voice... So the fights are in the city, only animals you getting there is pigeons/crows/rats/cats/dogs... NON of that is helping against any non small time Villains... Hell it won't even work on delinquent high schoolers

Okay if Deku didn’t get one for all then he wouldn’t have found Eri even if he (blonde Boi) found her, he wouldn’t have looked into it like Deku did and wouldn’t have saved her, and I think we all know what would happen if she wasn’t save. So sorry but it would have been impossible for Deku not to get one for all.
What if Nighteye lied to Mirio and actually saw he wasnt going to get his quorke back, sorry idk how to spell quorke, but since Deku was able to change the future Nighteye saw he tries to put positivity into Mirio so possible he can too change his future that was seen by himself. Also thinking this since before Nighteye died, sadly, he said maybe positive energy can is the key to changing the future he foresighted. But so on and so forth..... Tell me wat u all think 🤔 ..

They can't change form... They permanently look like that so I think it would be safe to say Kirishima had mutation quirk since it alters his skin hardness and effects the way it looks

Why I don't get either is that he believes that future can't be changed, if he sees a person get killed by a villain he will do nothing, because he truly believes that what he sees can't be changed, so why bother being a hero? Why bother trying to save someone if you're sure that you can't? I don't even know
Ah but as I say in the video, he doesn’t really use his quirk that much anyway. He uses his intellect to solve crimes and stop villains, and only uses his quirk to ensure the outcome. He doesn’t use his quirk willy nilly

Interesting thought about the kamino fight being the prophesied battle. I'm torn on the idea of foresight being altered by will. Honestly I kinda think it's both. For starters powers are screwie so I 100% believe that there are powers out there that can alter night eyes predictions. The sheer variety of quirks assures that it is the case and so I can easily believe that the interaction of enri and Demi's powers defies prediction. I'm torn on the perseverance angle. In story I think it makes less sense as I'm sure night eye has foreseen deaths and told people but as he is seeing what is for all intents and purposes the locked in future it would seem that the vision would take into account him telling or not telling them. And besides I can't believe that the majority of people and Hero's won't give 125% effort to avoid death, so I don't see how perseverance alone could affect his predictions in story. Out of story the idea of effort hard work and perseverance over coming destiny is a major theme and it would fit right in line with the story being told, though it did just occur to me that the story also emphasizes the support and connections we form as well as personal effort so perhaps it is a combination of both power/people and perseverance that can overturn night eye predictions... Over all I think all might is gonna bite it, I think it to powerful a character moment to miss out on and it would tie into the connections theme I rambled about earlier by demonstrating how to continue on with ambition /dreams when u lose one of those connections. Plus u know... He is a mentor character... That there is a hazardous occupation
