I always come to think that, when sir nighteye told all might about his death, he was predicting the death of All Might, not Toshi, this being said after the fact that in the hospital All Might was in his muscle form, predicting therefore, the death of the hero, not the person. Doesn't seem too crazy since we've seen that one for all is a really misterious quirck that affects others as well, this seen for example in the movie where nine tried to steal it without success
He fought hard and lost alot to keep the peace but it seems he won't died at a fulfilling peaceful old age or maybe Deku might change that grim prediction but he has to fully train Deku at least.

Both died and passed their will. One passed the Will of Peace and Hope while the other passed the Will of Despair and Destruction. And the result of battle of the disciples would result in the fate of Superhuman Society of Meta Ability called Quirks.

He could very well not bear seeing midoriya get hurt in the future by someone like shigaraki or all for one and then he would intervene only to get killed. I can see that happening.
Togata is a very good hero. But OFA to him isn't all might decision but it's nighteye decision. Lemilion lost his quirk. Who knows similarly if he loses OFA??? OFA should prevail to stop AFO forever.
I think Togata is going to be an amazing hero all on his own. Midoriya is using One For All to be the hero he was meant to be, and training him gives All Might a reason to live that he might have not have if he'd just handed it off to a more developed hero.
