Deku might actually win , he’s got marshal arts to make up for the fact that he can’t use 100% under normal circumstances yet , that alone makes me think he wins in a good fight considering all might is a grown ass man with more fight experience but already well past his prime with a time limit and poor health overall. While Deku”s current 100% is prob the equivalent or 70 to 80% prime all might so he may even hold the physical advantage as well as skill if we consider all that, plus , dekes just overall more intelligent and in this particular fight all might has weights on which restricts him even more.
Assuming Deku can use One For All without breaking his body and is willing to seriously fight All Might, he would win. Deku’s 100% is already greater than All Might’s, and he doesn’t need to worry about a time limit/his power being diminished by a ruined gut.

You can say what you want about Bakugou. You can call him a bully, a jerk. A careless, arrogant, stubborn fool with a 'strongest there is' mindset. But his speech at 4:30 really defies an important part of him. An important part of the hero Bakugou wants to be. The one who either fights and win or dies trying while taking his enemy down with him. Simply out of spite. It's probably what makes him so admirable, despite his many, many faults. It's so relatable. Eventually, Bakugou's goal of winning as a hero will develop into 'Saving to win'. This is ironic since this is exactly what Deku would do. The difference is that Deku wants to save people. To make sure no one gets hurt. Even if he has to break every bone in his body (No pun intended). This becomes 'Winning, to save' And those new mentalities helps to intertwine Deku and Bakugou's relationship as allies, comrades, and even friends
Prime All Might vs omni-man would be amazing!! Two incredibly experienced fighters who could smash mountains apart. And if omni-man is not enough then either battle beast or Thragg!
