In MHA, transformation quirks are one of THREE types that exist. They allow the user to transform their body in some way, with an obvious example being Kirishima's ability to "harden" is body. This video will explain the best 8 transformation that we've ever seen.

Mirio was able to hold off overhaul even when he lost his quirk ... So I wouldn't say that Aizawa can beat him even if he turns off his quirk .... Because his strength doesn't come from permeation , it's something he trained hard for

Ok, Tamaki's Quirk has to be in my Top 5 Quirks. Seriously, his Quirk has an amazing potential and makes me question this:
What if Tamaki ate human flesh? Would he be able to transform parts of his body into that person's and use its Quirk?

Light does pass through him, he explained it to Class 1-A which is why he can't see, he would be Invisible if he could pass through light
Seems to be a plothole. If he can't see because light passes trough him, you wouldn't be able to see him as well

The thing about permeation is that is not that great of a quirk by itself, a person that does not have the resolve of mirio would not have gotten very far with it, that being said, I agree that it is probably the best transformation quirk BECAUSE it's user decided to actually try to improve with it instead of giving up, mirio literally MADE his quirk into an amazing, almost unbeatable ability!
Which is why he's like the best character imo
I hate this rhetoric, plenty of quirks are trash without practice. Hardening could only slightly harden kiris hands, slide and glide could move barely walking pace and needed 3 limbs, etc etc. Mirios quirk may have a high skill floor but its ceiling is far superior to maaany quirks

Vnce ablla I agree especially with the best jeanist point. The ability to manipulate clothing fibers doesn't sound too impressive but if you apply it right the results can be astounding as best jeanist proved.
@@justinlanoue6215 I'd say it's a bad quirk due to its hilariously massive drawbacks. Not being able to see or breath with the very very high risk of suffocation puts it below even mediorce quirks like Tape in my opinion

Mirio is not as strong as everyone says he is. That's why Aizawa's claim that Mirio was the closest to being the future Number 1 hero always seemed like a bit of a stretch to me. If he had One For All, maybe he would have been a threat, but Mirio just isn't cutting it with his normal human body. Sure, his body is at peak physical perfection, but anyone with a strength buff Quirk can easily outpace him in terms of raw power. There's also the fact that anyone with a defensive Quirk, like Hardening or Shock Absorption, or even a Quirk that give them a defensive body, like Muscular or that trigger-using blade villain Kirishima fought, can completley mitigate Mirio's physical attacks and even deal some damage to him if their bodies are hazardous to touch, like Kirishima. Sure, you can argue that his displacement launching technique allows him to rush at his enemies at high-speeds, but no matter how fast Mirio can move, he's still using human strength to hit his enemies. This is hella effective on people with human bodies, but anyone with a higher defence won't even be bothered. There's also the fact that his Quirk has so many drawbacks, like how he can't go fully intangible without falling off the face of the Earth. That's the thing. If he wants to stay upright, he can never go fully intangible. He has to keep at least his feet solid to root himself. He also can't see, hear, feel, smell, or even breathe when he's using his Quirk, so the length of time he can keep his Quirk active on his face for is directly proportionate to the amount of time he can hold his breath. So he won't be able to stay intangible for long, meaning if someone has an AOE attack they cna keep up for a long time, Mirio is screwed, because the second he deactivates his Quirk comes up for air, he'd be instantly affected by the AOE attack. Don't get me wrong, I love Mirio and his backstory is amazing, but he's overhyped in terms of strength.
Ikr. This dude is over exaggerating Mirios quirk. Character with super speed like all might or o clock could deck him before his quirk even activates since all might moves so fast that even the human eye can't see him move and o clock moves so fast that everything around looks like it's moving in slow motions. I've seen many characters in fiction with the same abilities as Mirio get molly whopped by speedsters. Even Mirio stated that his quirk wasn't that powerful. He made it seem power because of his combat training as seen as to how he was still able to hold his own against overhaul even after his quirk was taken.
@Aspect He has to turn his Quirk off every time he wants to breathe or do anything that involves using his five senses. Those openings will give anyone a chance to strike.
bro muscular defended a %100 smash like its nothing . Even if its mirio who has a perfect muscular body , you cant damage through muscle augmentation with raw human strength

@Pixel Smile the problem with that is people who are actually fast enough. Overhaul didn’t have a quirk that gave him super speed unlike someone like All Might or muscular who both have quirks that increase their muscle strength thus making them faster. Speedsters are probably one of the top 3 worst to go against if you have permeation with reasons stated inside this comment section. So a speedster can easily dodge any attack from someone with permeation and can know that if they tried to hit them then they can just dodge and hit where they know would be physical (I.e. the feet, head, chest, possibly a leg or arm if they went for a punch or kick). Speedsters depending on speed but most likely going to be way faster than a peak human won’t have the hardest time beating a peak physicality human with permeation.
The only downside of Permeation is that it’s extremely hard to master. It takes a lot of precise focus to control the quirk plus you have to train your body so when u do land a punch or a kick it does more damage. No wonder Mirio’s so swol😄 anyways cool video I really enjoyed it😁👍🏼

Actually Miroi's quirk is one of the weakest Mirio found out how to control it right, if he makes 1 mistake he could snap his leg or arm or even die by suffocate.
Exactly. This dude over exaggerates most characters abilities. Super fast characters like all might and o clock could knock him out before he could activate his quirk since all might moves so fast that literally no one without super speed can see him move and o clock moves so fast that everything around him look frozen. I've seen many characters in fiction with the same abilities as lemilion get their ass rocked by characters with super speed.
No what you mean to say is Mirios quirk is a high skill cap and very low skill floor and he’s judging it off the skill cap the max potential in which case the only quirks more powerful Overhaul Rewind OFA Half Cold Half Hot Double AFO and arguably Hellflame Hawks Wings and foldabody in my option in which case I think it should be number 1 or 2

Nanotech allows the user to transforms parts or their whole body robotic and this body can be adjusted by concentrating on the nanotech for a long period of time allowing upgrades to be made. This will also replace limbs lost with robotic replacements.
Weaknesses: Prolonged use of this quirk can cause user to lose emotions for 30 minutes or longer. The default robotics with no adjustments are vulnerable to water, fire , ice and electricity

It's more about the skill cap of the quirk
It's the quirk's potential that makes it good in this case, not how easy it is to master.
Mirios quirk is op but the learning curve is high he could take out an army if he isn't in a situation when he has to worry about an non enemy.
Maybe you could do a "what if" video based on combining quirks for example permiation + twin impact this particular combo would fit his phantom theme utilizing the remote detonation aspect as a phantom punch/explosion detonating it when he shouts "POWER"
Foldabody kinda works like jolynes stand Stone Free. It’s actually super useful and I believe he should be able to fold any part of his body to his creativity which allows for some extremely versatile quirk usage

Actually my favourite idea is muscular’s quirk combined with Shikotsumyaku’s kekkei genkia (from naruto) if it was a quirk in mha because the only limiting factor to muscular’s quirk is how much body he has to put muscles on and being able to generate more bones would allow him to surpass his limits and truly go PLUS ULTRA
Also it’s complete bullshit that deku defeated muscular in the Forest Training Camp Arc, muscular should have fucking clapped deku (this kinda shit is what stops me from fully enjoying shōnen, plot armour is stupid)

Ok ngl when I first saw the worm quirk guy I instantly fell in love with the design and stuff, he's probs my faveroite background character (as in a character meant for filling pro hero space) and I wanted to see the war arc deaths so I looked up the manga panel and on the recommended pictures was a scene with ochaco fighting toga which had a flashback and revealed his name to be eal boy lol, so I guess he has eals and not worms

Permeation is a quote that does not change your body the only thing it does and the only thing is have things or people go through you other than that I have no problem with any of the other pics and I like your video
For some reason mirio he can go through light and that’s why he is blind when he uses his quirk but he can still be seen which means light can reflect off him so???
permeation can technically be defeated via force redirection as in you could redirect the full force of permeations users attack back into the user on top of force of your attack if it wasn't bypassed without taking any damage meaning that the only way to defeat the user of force redirection is using quirk like meatball since that isn't exerting any force on the user on top of force redirection protecting from heat and cold
What happens if somebody with permiation punches permiation do they hit each other

Shoji isn't really all that impressive in terms of physical ability besides the fact that's he's big, Kirishima is a legitimate question.
I just go with the explanation that Mirio hit Kirishima mid hardening.
Plot armour
When Mirio appears out of the ground he's really fast because it springs him out of it so it's possible he was just too fast for both of them.

Technically the meatball quirk is both an transformation and emitter quirk but his quirk is special because transformation quirks mean it transforms you but it is the only one that transforms someone else
