Arthur Hartel no it would boost both. All Might has stated that one for all isn’t a super strength quirk, it’s an enhancer quirk which means it enhances all of your base stats including quirks.
@@myst1915 no, one for all full cowling is developed by deku and is only possible to him because he was quirkless, one for all just enhances you physically if you are quirkless like deku and all might, but if you have a quirk it enhances that quirk. So in this case mirios permeation would be improved somehow

I read the manga too and that’s not something that going always be able to happen it says the time line will always fix itself ( I left out a few words to not spoil the manga ) doing what deku did only buys a few moments at best.
knowing someone's future actions is one thing, being able to react to it is also another thing, just because you can see something is coming for you doesn't mean your body can keep up with your brain's reflexes and react to it, can you dodge a bullet when you're being pointed knowing you will be shot?

Idk if anyone would be interested (probably not 😅) but Irwin is a violet colbat blue budgie with a quirk like Foresight, I was originally gonna make it Foresight before this video but changed my mind, Irwin can hear sounds, and smell a tiny but of scents, and sees the future from the person's perspective, but he cannot see further than a week at max when using his quirk
Due to hearing sounds in the future, Irwin will say random things, that he heard when using his quirk, he usaully, says things his owner or those close to her will say, as that is who he touches the most
I want to ask, What type of quirk is foresight, i know its not a mutant but is it an emitter or a transformation. im confusion

If he can't change the future tho, his quirks actually useless
His quirk gives him the foresight so the future is determined based off him knowing what is going to happen. So he’s basically changing the future while he’s in the past thus making what he sees the new future.

His character is full of contradictions and things that don't make sense, like if his quirk can only see 1 hour of a persons life, in other words just their inmediate future, how the hell did he saw All Might's death years later? Now he can see years and years of a persons life? Idk if that's a plot hole or what, and he said that the future he saw can't be changed, he truly believes that, so if it can't be changed why bother being a hero? If he sees for example a villain killing another person, why bother trying to save them if he believes that future can't be changed? I really don't understand what his motivations are or how he works, idk if that's why he's so reluctant to seeing another hero's future, i'm not sure if he only uses his quirk to gather information, not to change the future, like when he used it to know Eri's location, but when he sees someone dying he does nothing? Because according to his words future can't be changed, i really don't understand anything

My hero hype
For every one who is confused his powers let him see the future. After a touch you he can see a hour into the future very perfect but if he tries to see more than a hour his vision don’t be perfect. He has good reflexes but not the best. And no he cant change the future all he can do is put off what is supposed to happen for a few hours but the future will always fix itself.

@@AnimeUproar My guess is that he sees the "most likely based on what is present in the world right now" future, "right now" being when he activate the ability, the further he sees into the future, the more branches there are, his quirk picks one of the most likely pile of timelines to show him.
So in short he has tunnel vision when he sees into the future timelines
