Some of the moves may be a little fast or you may have trouble with coordination (as I did a few times), but that’s okay, just shake it off and dance it out in your own style. Our goal today is to move our bodies and feel gooood!

Wow that's great. I'm in my twenties and overweight all my life. I started in March and I lost my motivation because I don't lose weight anymore. I only lost 5kg because I ended up binge eating several times 😑. Idk why I'm always giving up so quick. Do you have any motivation 😭
@@CanopusLux I'm sorry you have to deal with that. It definitely is not easy at all. It took a lot for me to loose the weight I did. It took me a very long time to get myself motivated. Trying several several diets. I've been up and down with my weight for several years. Before my first marriage I've lost weight before then gained tons then I lost my husband and lost tons of weight like 80lbs or more. Then when I remarried I gained again ugh! Never could be comfortable. Then I had a child and was very thin after having my child. Then gained again. Then the last few years I was sick on and off. Then November I got sick again and then continued from their where I was not eating much. I've basically said no diet and lifestyle change I've cut way down limiting yet not limiting what I eat. Now I'm at a frustrating point although I've lost 60lbs which is great but it's stopped my weight goes up and down and I can't seem to loose more. All I can say is that it's very hard. You gotta take it day by day and discipline yourself what I did and say do I really want this. It's very hard I've had a lot of frustration with it. It's definitely hard. At my age it's harder and having a child as well now I hit the 40 mark yikes! Now my body is going through lots of changes now its very frustrating.
@@CanopusLux I’ve been losing motivation as well and I started to notice that while on social media if I seen someone with the type of body/lifestyle I wanted it motivated me so I’m gonna put together notebook with pictures of my dream body, inspirational quotes etc
I’m so glad I found your page. I started the Jlo workout this morning and it was so much fun I loved it and did it 2x’s. Your positive vibe brought a smile during my workout, I’m so proud of myself I finished this workout without quitting in the middle of the routine. Love love Love. I literally did 1 hr workout plus 2 dance workouts 20 mins each . Don't give up everyone she is the real deal . I promise u I literally reduce 6 inches in only 2 days. Eat healthy and drink plenty of water and never give up . Stay blessed everyone

Im so so glad I found your channel, theres really no other dance cardio I can find thats nonstop, sweaty, and music only. I needed this because HIIT workouts are just too intense on the daily but I still need that cardio fat burn 😍. Love the dancier choreo moves- makes it a little more challenging and interesting and the jumpy moves got me extra sweaty love it!! I wouldnt mind a little jumpier dance workouts for extra burn for those that are able. Thanks so much girl!!

Had to have a decent rest in the middle to catch my breath and have a drink, but once i cought my breath i was right back in it and completed my first day, even my kids decided to try it with me, first work out in a while that made me sweat. Feeling great thanks jo.
