    IIMC?

      Prepare mentally for IMC.
The weather when the Bell-429 helicopter was the first to enter the location, before the AW-189,
      AS365N3 Dauphin,
      Super Puma,
they waited for the weather at the location which was still raining, and starting to drizzle, with a little fog.
Hovering starts with minimal visibility, and shortly after Hoisting for takeoff,
1-2 minutes in IMC conditions as seen in the video.

@@prasetyowibowopampam3901 What's your guys operation for encountering IMC whilst rescuing someone? Transition to IFR flight? I assume you guys have your instruments set up for IFR, even when flying VFR.

      In general,
      with VFR,
      it must be visually visible,
      daylight operation
or minimum visibility is met for VFR.
My situation at that time was VFR and the minimum visibility was still met,
      when entering the location.
      However,
      during the hoist rescue operation,
the weather changed slightly, but the vertical visibility was still safe for the hover orientation.
      It's just that during takeoff,
I still saw the blue sky above the low clouds or fog around the helicopter,
and maintained takeoff attitude to penetrate the fog, making sure it was above ground.
      Mostly, I'm lucky

@@prasetyowibowopampam3901 I'm glad there's pilots like you. HEMS is very dangerous, so please stay safe.

@@Tradiejoe284 that’s right, HEMS with clear weather operate operates on a dead envelope curve, keep alert when OEI.
Another danger is calculating performance charts at high altitude.
Most of the dangers are weather, especially invisible wind direction & speed, which, if it changes, impacts the helicopter's lift.
      By the way,
      thank you for your attention.
