What do you do when the buyer emails 6hours after delivery and says the fish died and wants a full refund? LoL, Im kidding! Looks simple enough!!? I've been debating whether to ship my plecos and rainbowfish but am just nervous , I don't think I know enough about shipping and logistics boxing up etc. But I have to learn some how? Do you think it's better in winter/fall or summer/spring?

Infinite Awareness he’s mailing flat rate and would need a flat rate box. Possibly didn’t have one, but yes... recycling is important when you can.

if its good weather conditions you don't need to. Can use lots of newspaper, or I like using insulation for housing (not the kind with fiberglass)

have to send a picture of dead fish in unopened bag. Some sellers have you also cut off the tail and take a picture on a paper towel after
