ordered plecos and received them last week. !!!!LOVE THEM!!!. they are larger than you would receive in a big box shop, very active and the fins are super long. packaging was great. love the video(s) because they are real and educational . cant wait to see the new fish room.

Excellent point to send extras! And to be honest! I just had and oil change. I came w/ a coupon. The new guy charged me $50 which I later that same day got adjusted w/ the owner who is honest. This left such a salty taste in my mouth that the new mechanic was not looking out for me in spite of the fact that I had told him previously that I was not working AND I came w/ a coupon, smh. He's starting his own store. He'll either see or be outta business.

I have. Maybe in the future but can get expensive
to lazy to cut Styrofoam liner. you never get fish from reputable deal that it's not in Styrofoam. Med flat $14.95 if he has to know or he is just clueless.
This is a terrible way to ship fish. I have seen some of the boxes that didnt make it boxes destroyed
