Great issues Brad! The Bill Russell 1st Issue is a classic and very underrated IMO - 11 Championships in 13 years will most likely never be broken.
i remember on abc wide world of sports in the 70s it seemed he was on every once in awhile i think it was the snake river canyon great cover

I've got that SPORT DiMaggio and the 1st SPORT with him and his son. Heard somewhere that Joe and his son's wife weren't together, the kid pulls up in a car, they prop him up next to Joe, they snap the picture for the cover, the kid hops back in the car and leaves. The person said it was devoid of any emotion. Read a couple books about Joe and he wasn't the greatest guy, although I think a lot of it stemmed from his awkwardness.
