He saw Palmer as a cup type of player with sprinkled appearances, dude just wanted to play. Now he’s playing and he’s arrived. There’s about a zero percent chance Palmer goes back to city.

These are for all competitions. cole palmer has 27 goals , 14 assits all cometitions.. City have great players. But cole has outplayed two of your more expensive signings combined. Pep is a winner, pep is one of the best to ever do it, But he got this one wrong, much like Mourinho got KDB and salah wrong. It happens.
I've been watching Cole Palmer closely both on the pitch and in interviews. HE WILL BE AN ABSOLUTE WORLD BEATER, I'M DAMN SURE OF IT.

Re the Kroenkes - they didn’t become majority shareholders until 2018, where they quickly pushed out Wenger and the mentality of “sustainable spending” appointed Josh, Edu & Arteta and then went down the journey that has led to the current day. The failed Superleague may have been their move but it didn’t spark spending

Mainoo is good enough. He balances the midfield.
He is and only getting better. The under performing team isn't a reflection on him at all.

simon defending Levy AGAIN! the point of a football club isn't to have a nice stadium. any business is judged by its core operations. it's like Tesco saying they're great because they've built a new distribution hub. that's not the point. it's a means to an end! fixed assets for any business are never the sole point!

Because he's not gifted with pace he needs to work on marking and tackling especially without the ball....people are not aware that lately he's misplacing lots of passes and can't cope with the pace of the game.. Yes with the ball in his feet he's so calm and have flair and next season if I was the manager I wasn't going to put him in my first eleven.. As a British Ghanaian who supports England and Ghana. Mainoo shouldn't go to the Euros. The English media will ruin him. He really needs to think seriously about which country he plays for. Rice and Bellingham have the central midfield position locked in for the next 10 years and Mainoo has the ability to help Ghana start winning things. Plus England have many central midfielders who could easily get in Mainoo's way of getting into the national team, such as: Adam Wharton, Lewis Miley, Alex Scott, Archie Gray, Harvey Elliott, Curtis Jones, Eberechi Eze, Jobe Bellingham, James Garner, Hayden Hackney and Jacob Ramsey

Newcastle fan here - Ashworth is overrated. Recruitment at Man Utd. is all going to depend on the manager and what sort of players he wants. Newcastle signings have all very much been down to the profile of type of players Eddie Howe and his team wanted. Ashworth just did the business end of it.
