- Finally got my Power vision from Fuel Moto installed. Initial comparison to my FP3. Unfortunately the bar mount that came with it will not fit my 1.5" DNA's. The FP3 is a capable tuner, not trying to put it down in anyway, but for me the Power vision wins hands down.
Love the way you start laughing uncontrollably with glee once you get into the throttle.

I agree 100% with you! I just got the Power Vision and my Heritage is running perfect. I also love the way it managed the idle!
I installed this on my (new) 16 Street Bob after changing mufflers. The bike ran 100% better almost immediately. No obnoxious decel popping. I keep it mounted to change gauges now and then, and it doesn't require a smartphone or other device. A great add-on.
did you change the air cleaner as well as the exhaust?
Was contemplating between the FP3...I just made my decision to go with the Power Vision...thanks Texas Harley Rider!

I'm buying an exhaust end of the month then getting the gadget next month and putting it on my street bob.....your laugh has made my mind up I'm getting the Dyno pack😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 I'm keeping my 114 filter on as that's already stage 1 applicable, then next year im getting the stage 2

I TOO am a Texas Harley Rider. Weird... Anyway, I'm gonna drop the coin on the Power Vision in preparation for a cam swap in the near future. Looking at S&S 570 cams which will work great with a 107ci build.

@@texasharleyrider7424 finished dropping jugs and pistons on my softy last night. S & S Side Winder 100. Went with the default 585 easy starts. Cam chest done also S & S. Will try and do a quick video. My channel been dormant awhile. Got bad health couple yrs back. INCOMING!. God Bless!

Now install target tune with the wideband O2 sensors and fire up autotune, that 96” is gonna surprise you. For now you can run basic autotune and still see a few extra HP improvement. But be careful man, it’s a crazy deep rabbit hole that will keep you smiling. 👍

Ok, yes it should be pretty close. If it doesn’t have your exact upgrades listed just pick the closest ones and go for it.

Nicely done video. But it was very weird watching it. I also have a 2011 Sedona Orange Wide Glide. One of the seats that I have is a black Mustang day tripper and I also have the Dynojet power vision. I used the Kuryakyn 1.25 handlebars mount For the power vision screen.. The screw holes on back of the power vision lineup perfect With the plate that comes with the kit. I also used to have the big sucker but when I build my engine I damaged it so I switched it out for the Harley Davidson heavy breather. From time to time the Engine idle becomes a little Erratic. if you have this problem simply reset the learn Fuel trim.
Thanks for the comment. I just used a combination of my ram mount and the supplied mount that came with the power vision. Only downside so far to having the 1.5" bar diameter. May have to look into the kuryakyn to see if they have the one for me, thanks for the heads up.

Will the tuner make any difference if I’m running all stock other than some slip-ons??
I would think so, how much would be debatable. I’m sure the slip ons are less restrictive than the stock exhaust so changing the tune would likely get some noticeable results. If your on the fence, give fuelmoto a call and they would be able to tell you what to expect. If you purchase from them, they will send it with a tune loaded to your bike specs.

Best I can tell you is to contact Fuel Moto. If you get the power vision from them, they will install a custom tune to your bikes specs. Will definitely wake it up. Thanks for the comment!

@@markdurham252 No. The only time you need to upgrade the O2 sensors is when you add the target tune system. It uses the wide band sensors.

Sorry for the late reply, several on here that I never got a notification for. It’s not stock, it’s the aftermarket from Harley. Color adjustment and a gear indicator as well.
When i update my powervision will it give me a map thats close to what i have for my setup? I have a basic stage 1 upgrade on my bike. I have a 2009 ultra classic, 96ci, stage 1 air cleaner. 4" cobra neighbor hater slip ons
By update do you you mean software or map for the bike? I bought mine from fuel moto and they made a tune for the exact setup on the bike. If this is the first time setting it up on the bike, and you didn’t get a tune pre programmed with your specs, you can just download one of the listed tunes for your bike closest to your setup. After you’ve done that you can always run an auto tune to better fit your application if needed. Hope this helps.
Have you addressed the decel pop? Fuel Moto has instructions on their web site to tune it out.
Initially I was going to, but decided to run it a while first. Its actually not too bad now, maybe I'm just used to it. When I get time, I plan to run some auto tune sessions and see how it works out.

Thanks! As far as the bike fitting a person your height, I can’t answer that. I will say a friend of mine is 5’ 9” and he sat comfortably but legs were almost straight. I would have my doubts but also depends on your inseam. Best advice is to find one at a dealership to sit on or find someone around town. Would be awkward but once explaining your situation I’m sure they would let you throw a leg over. You can buy a reach seat that will push your position forward or even put a set of mid controls on and one or both together would get you where you need to be. Good luck and ride safe 🤘

I am looking at getting the power vision to replace my fp3 but don't want to mount anything to my bike after tuning u can disconnect it from your bike?
Yes you can.
That is exactly what the creator of this video did. Just flash the preprogrammed map to the ECU, unplug the Power Vision tuner, and go ride.You may want to leave it installed for a few riding sessions though in order for the autotune feature to sharpen the newly installed map and tailor it to your riding conditions. Then you can remove it and your new map stays programmed in the ECU or you can leave it permanently mounted in full view and use it as an engine instrument display panel.
What kind of performance did you get by going to power vison ??
I never had any actual numbers to go by, only feel. There was a slight improvement in throttle response, torque did seem to improve as well as mileage. Maybe 3-6 mpg. I’m actually selling the bike tomorrow and so I put the fp3 back on since I can use the PV on another bike. Definitely noticed that it didn’t “feel” quite the same.

No, it’s the aftermarket from Harley. Tons of color adjustments if you want to change it up and also has the gear indicator.
