    It’s not a big deal, just follow the screen prompts. You paid for it, use it. The Road King

    I just did pv with tt2. Road it with just the downloaded tune so far, what a difference. Can't wait to start the target tune and see what happens.

    This is almost the best explanation about the autone, thank you sir. I was wondering if you have modified anything on the QUICK TUNE as well as the THROTTLE RESPONSE response settings to get a more responsive throttle action like the newer bikes' sport or track mode behavior. Thank you again and all the very best.

    • @JaySorsby1
      @JaySorsby1  Před 17 dny

      Throttle “smoothing” is off. If I hit a pothole and blip the throttle, the bike reacts. Whereas before it did not. I believe the PV does that without asking.

    • @kadimsilahtar

      @@JaySorsby1 thank you, I wonder if mine is also off or not. What I understand is that you did not modify throttle response table.

    Great video...very informative. Just curious: How accurate/good can the auto tune be if the bike has narrow band O2 sensors?

    • @JaySorsby1
      @JaySorsby1  Před 9 měsíci

      The way I understand it…
      NB O2’s are excellent in a narrow range (15.0-14.2 afrs?). When you are building a new map you must select narrow or wide. This tells the Dynojet how much lying (to the ecm) it must do. The ecm can maintain the same afr even at higher elevations. So if you lie to the ecm about the elevation you can maintain the perception of a higher afr. Tell the ecm the air is less dense and it will add fuel. But, it will not be as accurate as a set of WB O2’s. Close, but not dead on.

    I had to grin when you said that 6K on the tach was most likely not on the plate. I'm old, and still ride my Street Glide pretty hard. Yah, it's stupid, but I sometimes have the illusion of being 8' tall & Stainless Steel like I thought as a kid doing the same Damn thing.............
