Been using this for the last 3 years. So grateful for this. Carpet cleaning is a breeze. However cleaning the cleaner itself is a bit of a hassle. I do it once in a few months. Parts are a bit weird to take out for cleaning. Not very modular. I still love this. Pretty much use every week. People who have pets or kids and a carpet must get this. I paid around $113. The directions say to go back over it with a clean tank of water (no solution). It’s not on the quick instructions. I happened to try it because the carpet looked way lighter than it was supposed to be and sure enough a bunch of soap and dirty water came up with water alone. Solution highly concentrated. I went back over until clean water came back thru clean. Does a great job but it’s a lot of work.

I have about 5 gallon of water pours into my carpet and it's taking me forever to get the water out, will this suck up water keep inside the carpet out?
I recommend a handheld model for stairs but if you need to you can.. it wont get the entire area like a handheld carpet cleaner or attachment would but you can make it work. It also might be a little hard to maneuver but all is possible.
I clean it once a month and if not once a month maybe once every 2 months.. depends on how soiled it gets. Run the machine very slowly over the cleaned areas to suck up the remaining water.

I followed the directions by 1st vacuuming my carpets Living rm & Family rms. Filled it with water & cleaner and cleaned the carpets. First thing I noticed was these carpet fuzz balls all over the place. I immediately noticed there was very little water in the dirty tank. I removed the tank and found out that the inlet hole was completely clogged with hair/carpet fuzz. In fact everything was clogged up. Did not like that there is No Way to clean the inside of the dirty tank. The front nozzle was clogged as well. Fortunately I have an Air Compressor and that did the trick in unclogging everything. Can't understand why they only gave you a small hole to dump the dirty tank and there is no access to the inside of the tank. So I waited for the carpets to dry so I have to VACUUM a 2nd time to get the FUZZ BALLS UP. Is anyone else need to VACUUM TWICE? It did clean my carpets but debating about returning it for something else. NOT HAPPY. Am I doing something wrong?

Yes, we usually rinse with hot tap water after we soap up and extract the dirt. Make sure you move the machine very slowly while extracting dirt and rinse water... You do not want to saturate beyond the carpet fibers or it could create other issues under carpet and or padding underneath. We apologize it took a while to answer your question! Honestly, whichever solution you feel works best for you. The machine will do the rest as long as you have patience and a little elbow grease. Sometimes you have to use different cleaning products to see what will work on your carpet stains.
You can keep going but if you have alot of traffic then just get it as clean as its going to get. Schedule carpet cleaning around your needs if you need to clean more often or once a month its entirely up to your needs. The carpet fibers should be clean enough if it is a light brown. If there are no stains then your good to go!
You’re doing this wrong and way to fast. You hold the handle down to spray cleaner, and release it to suck it up. And you’re supposed to do it slowly. Hold going forward, release pulling back.
I bought this vaccuum and it's the worst. There is no heat source to dry the carpets on this at all. The water was leaking everywhere and made a huge wet mess. It did nothing but spread the dirt. I was left with damp carpet. I don't have my receipt and wish I could sent it back to the company
Check and see if there is a broken, cracked or any missing pieces.. this can affect suction. If you dont find anything broken check your filter see if that is clogged up. This machine is best to use on spot treatments but has the potential to clean larger carpet areas. I do one section at a time and to give you a clearer image or time-frame.... it took 3-4 hours to clean-up the entire carpet. I had to have patience in getting all the dirty water up.

OH WOW! I'm sorry that happened! I had a similar competitor brand and that's when we bought the Hoover Dash. We are hoping we can get a few more cleanings out of it... It was an inexpensive model but the idea of this video was to see how well it could take care of a heavy duty mess. I hope you enjoyed the video!
@@eastcoastcleanupcrewnc the first one blew the motor before I even finished one room. hoover sent a replacement. it blew within the hour. never could get in touch with them again. and my carpet is less than a year old and not that dirty. friend spilled some soda I was trying to clean up.
The truth is that when your carpets are that freaking disgusting anything will make them look better, but if you are someone who takes care of your carpets you aren't going to notice a difference in them using an at home machine like this...ask me how I know.
Don’t get me wrong, I would not allow my home to get to messy. I’ve wooden floors and we deep clean every Sunday. When I was pregnant and right after I could not keep up with the cleaning. Had I not have help, my home would look similar
