Nasty carpet yuck

Looks easy for you, I'm sure I'm going to take a couple of times to get my imperfections to so.

I’m tryna figure how to use it. Not watch u or compare to others

I followed the directions by 1st vacuuming my carpets Living rm & Family rms. Filled it with water & cleaner and cleaned the carpets. First thing I noticed was these carpet fuzz balls all over the place. I immediately noticed there was very little water in the dirty tank. I removed the tank and found out that the inlet hole was completely clogged with hair/carpet fuzz. In fact everything was clogged up. Did not like that there is No Way to clean the inside of the dirty tank. The front nozzle was clogged as well. Fortunately I have an Air Compressor and that did the trick in unclogging everything. Can't understand why they only gave you a small hole to dump the dirty tank and there is no access to the inside of the tank. So I waited for the carpets to dry so I have to VACUUM a 2nd time to get the FUZZ BALLS UP. Is anyone else need to VACUUM TWICE? It did clean my carpets but debating about returning it for something else. NOT HAPPY. Am I doing something wrong?

Wow, yes, my wonderful daughter just sent me this video and a message that she bought this for mothers day. With tears in my eyes I am so greatful to her because I could not afford this for myself but I wanted one so bad.

I wish this showed how to actually use it (ie turn it on so it stays on).

Fyi you should NEVER mix shampoo in tank’ You get a little $6 pump sprayer spray carpet give it 10min use a hand broom if it’s all u have to Agitate Now go over it with water only sucking up soap’ When u add soap to tank u leave soap in carpet Soap in carpet= DIRT MAGNET Don’t DO IT!

What did you use to clean it with

Clean the underside brushes with a hose outside. It's dropping crud on your clean carpet

Trouble shoot this vacuum

Wow!!! I'm really impressed with the job it does.. My Wife bought one last night and I've been watching a few videos on this cleaner.. And until now, I wasn't sure if it was going to do what we really need it to do. But watching your video and the way your floor came out , I think my wife got a winner with her buy.. I bought this vaccuum and it's the worst. There is no heat source to dry the carpets on this at all. The water was leaking everywhere and made a huge wet mess. It did nothing but spread the dirt. I was left with damp carpet. I don't have my receipt and wish I could sent it back to the company

The heat force does not work.

You’re doing this wrong and way to fast. You hold the handle down to spray cleaner, and release it to suck it up. And you’re supposed to do it slowly. Hold going forward, release pulling back.

Looks like it works good on stains. Thanks for sharing. (Them are some nasty people though) 😣

The truth is that when your carpets are that freaking disgusting anything will make them look better, but if you are someone who takes care of your carpets you aren't going to notice a difference in them using an at home machine like this...ask me how I know.

I have about 5 gallon of water pours into my carpet and it's taking me forever to get the water out, will this suck up water keep inside the carpet out?

The directions say to go back over it with a clean tank of water (no solution). It’s not on the quick instructions. I happened to try it because the carpet looked way lighter than it was supposed to be and sure enough a bunch of soap and dirty water came up with water alone. Solution highly concentrated. I went back over until clean water came back thru clean. Does a great job but it’s a lot of work.

For the love of god please vacuum all the debris out first before washing

Been using this for the last 3 years. So grateful for this. Carpet cleaning is a breeze. However cleaning the cleaner itself is a bit of a hassle. I do it once in a few months. Parts are a bit weird to take out for cleaning. Not very modular. I still love this. Pretty much use every week. People who have pets or kids and a carpet must get this. I paid around $113. Worth every penny.

What cleaning solution was used? Best before and after video made me even more excited for mine to show up at my door this week!

What prespray/ solution did you use? Those results are amazing.
