Easy and informative! Thank you for the tip to move it slowly back and forth over smaller spots, I was attempting to clean a bigger area with not as great results. I would also mention that after using the cleaning solution it is important to refill the tank with just water and go over the spots again to lift up the cleaning solution left in the fibers.
Thanks, good tip!
So it's cleaning big areas too ? I don't have pets . But I need it for rooms and stairs.
Learned what I needed to know quick and easy thank you. Well done video
Thank you for this helpful video!
Thank you!
Thank you sir !
Thank you
thank you!
I watched this video because I lost the manual. I need to know how to remove the dirty water tank.
This is the 2nd one I brought ...the belts keep getting stuck an then that rubber burnt smelled, I luv it because I have a small dog who only will go under the dinning room table ( I put pads but he decides he like to be an ahole sometimes an will go around it 😡🤣😩) I just fixed it but now the top screw won't go in because they strip very easily. They're worth it for price weight an how ut cleans but it's annoying ....I used it once 5 days a week also but it's worth the price
I followed the directions by 1st vacuuming my carpets Living rm & Family rms. Filled it with water & cleaner and cleaned the carpets. First thing I noticed was these carpet fuzz balls all over the place. I immediately noticed there was very little water in the dirty tank. I removed the tank and found out that the inlet hole was completely clogged with hair/carpet fuzz. In fact everything was clogged up. Did not like that there is No Way to clean the inside of the dirty tank. The front nozzle was clogged as well. Fortunately I have an Air Compressor and that did the trick in unclogging everything. Can't understand why they only gave you a small hole to dump the dirty tank and there is no access to the inside of the tank. So I waited for the carpets to dry so I have to VACUUM a 2nd time to get the FUZZ BALLS UP. Is anyone else need to VACUUM TWICE? It did clean my carpets but debating about returning it for something else. NOT HAPPY. Am I doing something wrong?
Did you vacuum clean the carpet before using the carpet cleaner? That will collect most debris. If so then you have a very good carpet cleaner that targets stuff the vacuum didn't. The fact that it got to the ingrained dirt and debris is an indication of how soiled the carpet was. Persist, and your carpet should be like new
Show how to empty and replace the dirty water
On the side where the dirty water is there is a red rubber piece and it says to open to drain the water.
I don't have the owners manual. How do I remove the clear plastic above the spin brush. It says pull to remove. ???? I'm pulling I don't want to break it.
Having issues screwing the cap back on relating to the threads. Is anyone else having this problem?
I just got mine & my trigger isn’t working. It won’t release fluid
The Hoover

But u don’t show how to remove the dirty water tank
Just take it off by pulling it up, it is that easy as it sounds
On side there is a red rubber seal that says pull to empty the dirty water.

Can the dirty water tank be opened to clean?
Yes it can!
@@VentanaMedia how do you open it?
@@VentanaMedia besides the side plug cap. I want to open it all the way up and scrub the inside where I can see mold forming. Rinsing does not fully clean the tank.
@@kellyyates370the best way I have found, is to fill with hot soapy water and add Borax. You could also use simple salt, and then cover the holes and shake like crazy. The particles will scrub the inside. I do a final rinse with hot water and bleach mixed. You don't have to worry about leaving and cleaning chemical residue, as this is only the dirty water collection tank. It doesn't hold clean water that will spray on carpet, so a little bleach left over won't hurt but will discourage bacteria or mold.
2nd one I bought...burnt out again within 2min! Just not worth the trouble!!!!
The owners manual sucks!! it gives no instruction on how to clip in the nozzle cover at all! It will not latch. It should be very easy to do and Nobody’s talking about this part of the cleaner.
