I love this machine and thank for the tip on removing the plastic piece over the brushes. I saw wear someone took a piece of paper to clean and hair under the plastic cover
I purchased one yesterday and I have to say it was well worth it.

I haven’t seen one person use the long tool with teeth on it that came with it, to rake out the hair and debris when cleaning it. It works really well.

Hope yours last a lot longer than mine. My daughter bought this for me Christmas 2020. I was thrilled because of how light weight it is! I went to use it 6 months ago for the second time and it has no suction what so ever. It has no issue dispersing the water, but i was left with a saturated carpet. The little basket has no debris in it..the suction piece in the front has nothing blocking it..the bristles are clean of any debris. It worked like a dream first use. Just purchased a Hoover Power Scrub Deluxe..hopefully this won't be a one and done model.

I like mine because of ease of use, but cleaning out the gunk from the bristles etc is kind of awkward and unsatisfactory. Unscrewing everything is not great or convenient, however for the price it does the job OK for me. 3/5stars from me.
