lately thru my search of mage tower challenge guides ive been finding more wow videos that are like this and i only just start hearing about this person hayven having passed away and the community seemed so struck by his passing that i just had to look up his channel and now im sitting here watching everything i can and im finding it hard to fight back the tears.

I've played since vanilla and have been a huge explorer of the game (More so Vanilla and BC)
I am sure i was one of the first to run through the uninstanced AQ40 way back when BWL was very new.
Seeing your vids is just great and there are none like it around here that perfectly lay out each area and its history.
I never ran private clients and always did my exploration on the live game servers so seeing some of your vids with the extra ability to search has just made my day :)

Holy shit, I totally forgot about all this until this video reminded me. I used to admin on a Wow private server back when i was a kid and I set up and built this room as a hub for the server, blocking off the missing parts and placing vendors and stalls everywhere.

Entertaining series, thanks for the upload. It's nice to see that other people trying to find these hidden places too. I'd like to share another one, which is good for RP too. Uninstanced Temple of Atal'Hakkar. Basically, you could glitch through the entrance with another method, and you'll find yourself in the OLD sunken temple, not the limited, one layered one. And that's a cool place to explore, and a cool place to RP. That temple is huge, and you can easily see why people didn't like it when it was in the game. You can easily get yourself lost :)

ST was one of my favorite dungeons in vanilla wow. As a tank i did lead lots of parties in there, that place holds some of my dearest memories. And i still don't have the Emeral Call, it did drop once, but i did pass to a friend rogue cause it was a BIG upgrade for her.
Seriously Sunken Temple was amazing, with all the green dragons, the troll bosses atop, the class quests, Eranikus was a very challenging boss, and so was the avatar of Hakkar. Back then you needed the quest to summon him, and that was a long quest-line that at the end made you take an empty egg to fill it with the essence of hakkar, and then when Zul'gurub came out zomg, it connected and so you are the one responsible for the summoning of Hakkar, and thus, also responsible for the corrupted blood incident! Oh the memories!

I wonder if C'thun was originally meant to break through the floor when players walked in, I'd assume that they wouldn't make an unbroken version of the room unless they intended to use it for something.

Any chance you might one day take a look at the area beyond the scarab wall as it existed before the gate opening event? I recall wall jumping back there before it was opened and finding a few partially built tunnels, but mostly being blocked by invisible walls. I'm curious if if there was any evolution going on back there over time. Thanks for all your videos!
Ahn'Qiraj is actually one of the evolution videos I have in plans for the near future, which will show how it evolved from early alpha through vanilla, with a closer look at the opening event and then on how it changed with the cataclysm revamp. So basically, the answer is yes.

Have you ever been to the hub area behind the BRD instance portal? Its a lot darker and spookier than the instanced version, especially the area behind the gate. It has a lot of holes where you can see into the void and some areas are pitch black. It would probably be a neat spot for one of these shorter exploration videos.

Have you ever done a video of getting to old nax inside strath from inside new nax? thats a rather cool exploration and also the test zone you can glide to inside deadmines thats a classic too .
Haven't done an exploration video on it per say, but I have covered it plenty in How it REALLY Looks, Evolution and even a video specifically dealing with the secrets of deadmines and stratholme. And the necropolis in strat is not really old naxx, it is a small hollow untextured model which contains nothing. Old Naxx and new Naxx takes place in the same place (Map 533 - "Stratholme Raid"), with mobs and such replaced :)
Man I love to find placed like that! Glitching with two people can make things even easier because of certain abilities... There is no way you'd give away your battle tag, right? :D

Holy cow, I had no idea this existed. I thought C'thun's chamber was literally UNDER Prophet Skeram, due to the fairly infamous story of that guild that hacked their client to fall through into the boss chamber and got permabanned.
Does the architecture connect correctly in the instance or is it a bit like how Kara doesn't remotely fit inside the tower?

Guessing you're still considered as in Silithus, so the special mounts aren't usable when uninstanced? Not that you could use them in the chamber anyway.

talking about C´thun, during the boss fight people get teleported to another room. When getting teleported there is a loading screen so some could assume thats another instance inside of the instance. Could you actually look after getting teleported to C´thuns Stom if there is anything outside of that room?
jenzzuffer I don't think it's another instance, it's just located somewhere under C'thuns room.

Is it possibru to exit An'Qiraj after you've finished it, or do you have to hearth every time? I mean, exit is in the area right above you.
Yes it's possible to do the mount glitch on the left side of the cave wall right before you enter the last boss "building"

Don't you just jump down the platform in the beginning and basically are in a circle that either leads to entrance or C'thun depending on your phase? I was never able to come back. Although even if it's possible, isn't worth the time making a 5 minute run, hearthstone recharges in 15 minutes ffs. So it's more interesting in historical perspective, when HS was on 60 min cooldown. But I guess if you go to An'Qiraj in Vanilla, you spend a lot more than 60 minutes inside it before you finish it lol.
It is possible. As bas van der werff stated: just go back the way you came. If it is worth or not depends on what you are planning. If you want to turn in the items to push your reputation I'd consider just riding back. Sure, you could use your hearthstone and then come back via Uldum, but then you are stuck in Silithus for at least 15 minutes. Unless you use your garrison hearthstone or something.
How many hours of farming have you done for your armor? For invincible? And for ashbringer?

It's just the way the track is. The initial instrument is played on the left side for some reason, and then the rest of the instruments on the right side join in.
Guitar's are mostly mixed to one side in recordings... Seems like you guys don't listen a lot to music made with instruments.
I guess the outro is that important to them. I mean it is not like there is no link to the actual source in the description.
