сомнительно конечно, что ВСЕГО при 4х упражнениях из видео и ПП можно добиться такой формы тела) Но было бы интересно увидеть 1-3-6-12 месячную транформацию в получасовом видео например, из скуфа в подобную машину с описанием питания и графиком тренировок
