Flashing radar (your actual speed) signs already exist here within our local 10-mile, paved loop on both sides of the Columbia River in Wenatchee. The speed limit is 10 mph due to all the foot traffic. However, outside this park system, on the roadways, shared with cars, on some well traveled streets there's a dedicated bike lane & posted speed limits apply to cars, motorcycles, bikes & e bikes. Basically everything is governed by the car speed limit. I like this simple system & it makes sense to go with the flow & staying out of drivers blind spots. This is where the Graffiti X will fit in, but you still have to ride like you're invisible & no one can see you.

They wont put separate signs up for ebikes because it would be to confusing to many people. They would go into court and say inseen this sign soni thought that was for me driving. But thats my thoughts. They just need to take away limits on ebikes. And need to crack down on these people doing wheelies and flying in and out of traffic. Thats the real problem. And even running red lights unless nonone is on the road because light sensors dont pick us up it dont even pick up motorcycles because they dont go by wieght like everyone thinks they detect large metal objects. There is no weight sensors in the ground lol. I use to be a road engineer.

My driver's license clearly states 11kw max power. Above it, I have to pass a dedicated motorcycle license, no power limits. France

I don’t see the point in putting up a separate sign. The only thing like that I’ve ever seen is sometimes the speed limit signs on the freeway have different speeds for cars vs semi trucks, especially in hilly areas. Beyond that, it’s redundant to put up separate signs. If somebody has a Honda Super Cub motorcycle, they can’t go over 60 mph unless downhill, so if they are on a freeway with a 65 mph speed, they just can’t get there. But it’s fine, all the speed limit is is a maximum, so they’ll just go 55 or whatever the bike can manage.

What's the death rate for e-mopeds, probably higher than the Mitsubishi Mirage? Are you allowed do u-turns in cross-walks? I'm from Alberta and ebikes are not allowed on the road, unless they're rented, then they're considered shared e-bikes according to City Hall. If you die you've signed a wavier exempting the City and the e-scooter company from any liability.
