So even I am gonna try this work out now...
Day 1- it was little paining but I did it
Day 2- the next day I fell little tough to do
Day 3- more pain but I felt some reduction
Day 4- the was there but still I did the challenge
Day5- i did it very quickly
Day 6- I did my challenge
Day7-after doing the challenge I went and checked my weight I reduced atleast 4 kg. Tq sister.
It is Soo easy. I like it.

I did only the day 1 excersise 100 squats yesterday omg just got up from bed am unable to walk as my thighs are paining :-( but I still will try doing the day 2 open squats but not sure if my legs support
Sowmya, how many times we have to do each exercise?
60 sec each
Its my suggestion, put timer while doing the exercise, and also give 5 or 10 secs break while changing from one exercise to other and also change music for each set so that we will understand we moved to next exercise and also will be easy for us to do exercise with you parallely .
