      Inhale, exhale shrinking ur stomach after exhaling u suck ur stomach inside and try to hold pelvic muscle as if u r controlling to pee and poo.. its difficult to do all at a time.. after few times u ll be ok..

      I lost 2 kg ....and I lost 2 inches from my belly...
      Doing diet,brisk walk 20 min, 300 skipping with regular break...Along with waist exercises..

      @@nivedithajp6422 i joined gym. 1.5 hour everday, 6 days a week. 30 minutes on treadmill, 10 min cycling 30 minutes on various machines and 20 minutes with various exercises. Like jumping jacks, squats, bridge, mountain climber, planks, high knees, and leg raise. Plus 30 minutes walk in evening
