    These exercises actually work, I'm 5'3'' and my lower back fat was a lot. I did these exercises for around 5 days and i can see the difference, I'll be continuing these and update the results soon.

    I’m not sure if I’m doing this right or not because it is painful on my back and side not like a burning pain of feeling the workout more like I haven’t stretched and now i’m putting my body in a position it’s not supposed to be in. Is it supposed to feel this way?
